We did not stay in the homestay, just had breakfast in Warung. When we arrived we accidentally did not take our slippers of, one unpleasant and angry guy (guess it was the owner) arrived throw a paper on the floor, gave us menus without saying anything and immediately started to mop the floor. So, very impolite. We were the only...

The food here is the cheapest in amed and you must try the :- fish burger! Any grill fish and if you want a western option its the biggest best club sandwich we had on our 3 months travel in south east asia. Also snorkling equipment is cheaper here. :) and good wifi!!!!

We booked this property through booking.com for our stay in Amed in July 2016. (We were there to take a freediving course at Apneista.) The property is listed on Lonely Planet and a short walk from Apneista, so it seemed like a convenient option. My reason for writing this review: Despite having booked weeks in advance, we were shunted off...

Besides a homestay and a warung, these guys also run a little booking agency for transport and such. We've had booked private transport from Amad to Uluwatu. The day of our travels first the driver was 30 minutes too late. When he finally showed up, it seems to be a shuttle bus with other tourists, instead of private transport, for...

Depends on what you are looking for. Good spot from where to explore Amed and surroundings. Owner Made is great and gives good price for motorbikes, shuttles and even tickets to islands like Gili Air. His fishing trip seemed a bit overpriced compared to these things, and there was no fish (not his fault, though). We didn't try food, only...

This review is for Hoky cafe as I did not end up staying here. During my 5 day vacation in Amed, I ate many hearty meals at Hoky. I found that this place opens up quite early in the morning. The lady kept aside her own breakfast to whip up banana pancake for my breakfast! Lovely staff and good food....

We didn't stay with Hoky Homestay but we had lunch at their restaurant. Their staff was friendly and food is really good. Their homemade fish burger was juicy and fresh. It's so good that we had to go back for more the day after.

We had a quick lunch in this tiny restaurant along amed road. As the others in this area the food is good, simple and cheap. Dolphinfish is nicely grilled and juicy. A good lunch option in amed if you like simple balinese food.

Me and my boyfriend had lunch and dinner at this place (on the same day). Cause the food tasted good, however we are both experiencing severe "Bali belly" problems.. Do not eat here. Hygiene is bad. Better go to warung Enak, they have a very clean kitchen and toilet (says always a lot about a place.). * and yes we...
