OK, Amed is a little out of the way but my god, its worth the drive if this is what youre coming to. This villa was AMAZING !! The view, the staff, the massages, brekki, private pool. Everything about our stay here was perfect. There is an Italian Trattoria at the top of the villas which is a must must try. I bet u dont eat there just the once !! the truffle carbonara was sensational. As were the pizzas and Caesar salad. Yum

We live in Bali and have come to Amed several times a year over the past 1 5 years. We've stayed in many resorts and hotels in the area, and Aquamarine Beach Villas is our new favorite. We had a reservation for 3 nights, but we liked the property so much that we stayed for 5. The villas are charming, the staff is attentive and extremely friendly and polite, and the location is perfect. There are only villas, so there are no crowds. The beach is quiet and calm, and the snorkeling just off shore is some of the best in Bali. I spend several hours a day snorkeling or diving when we're in the area, and after this a dip in the private plunge pool was so refreshing. Aquamarine Beach Resort is really good value in every way. I'm already booking our next trip.

Loved loved our stay here. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I wish I could stay longer. The villa had amazing views. My only complaint would with the hot water in the bathroom. It would not stay 1 temperature. It would change from not hot to burn your skin scolding. That was unpleasant and not safe for a child. Great price at the moment

A wonderful resort with stunning views, where you can truly relax and do as much or as little as you want. We chose these villas as somewhere we could wind down after the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and Kuta, and it didn't disappoint. I can't recall ever being so relaxed! The hardest decision was deciding whether to go snorkelling off the beach or stay in the hammock for more another nap or to read a book. One of the most memorable moments of our holiday was watching the sun rise from our villa over Mt Rinjani on neighbouring Lombok, and seeing the hundreds of fishing boats with brightly coloured sails that filled the horizon - simply breathtaking. The staff were all very friendly and happy to organise a fishing or scuba diving trip, or you can just snorkel the reef just 20 metres offshore and straight out from the villas.

Had an amazing 6 night stay here. Villa was very spacious and included a kitchen, large outdoor lounging area, large plunge pool with pool chairs. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The view from the villa overlooking the ocean was magical and the Italian restaurant on site is also amazing! We will be returning.

We stopped in for lunch after we had inadvertently walked a few kilometers past our intended destination and were famished! The food at the quaint ocean front cafe was surprisingly tasty and the beach was pristine! When I went to pay the check I realized I had left my wallet back at our resort 8.5 Kilometers away and there were no taxis around! The lovely server and the cook offered my husband and I rides on their scooters and were reluctant to accept a tip for the ride!!! Such gems!

We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it. Very peaceful setting. Spectacular snorkeling off the beach with a really cool Japanese wreck to swim around on the next beach over. The food at Aquamarine was first class, really enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The little dip pool is lush to cool off in. Great place to unwind and see the stunning coral life that Amed has to offer. I would recommend this place. And try the restaurants and warungs close by too. Given it’s quite remote there was a surprising range of food to choose from.

We loved our stay here. Very attentive and helpful staff. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Not large, but roomy enought. Great bed. Magnificent views of the ocean, beach and bay (from the beach appartments). Lovely deck. Magnificent breakfast. Close to some other (very nice) resturants; but not a lot of alternative choices.

Stayed at villa macondo with family. Villa much larger than shows in pictures. Stunning infinity pool. Gorgeous surroundings. Did fishing/snorkel tour with a local fisherman which was fun. Excellent massage with villa staff. Beach is ok a little further down. Quiet village to unwind and decompress.
