Wow your own pool infinity pool beside the beach, a luxury but also so great to chill down in. The staff and host are great and so helpful. We had problems connecting to the wifi ( we had 6 devices) and within 5 mins of a quick "What’s up" message we had a new password and access for 5 more devices.
There is ample filtered water which is replaced as need so no problems with getting sick.
The villa is clean, well stocked and ours was quite secluded (Marakat).
The bedroom has air conditioning that is quiet and a ceiling fan also really quiet.
They provide mosquito coils and spray- I forgot mine and am the first to get a bite, so I was relieved.
The bed is comfortable and so are the pillows.
The spa treatments are amazing. My husband had the balinese massage twice and loved it. It wasnt really hard like the a thai massage.
The Resturant serves great food, we tried 6 different restaurants but found the on site had the best food. and a great wine list. The view was beautiful. You can book ahead if you want to reserve a table at the front with the best view, we would recommend doing so as it was quite busy.
Definitely order the breakfast everything is tasty and well prepared- I especially love the smoothie bowl.
The outside shower is clean and spacious. We cold shower so I have no idea about the hot water.
The snorklling is great.
The path to the villa can be slippery in the wet as it is uneven so if you are carrying anything ask for help especially with heavy bags.
The only issue we had was karaoke at the hotel beside us that was way too loud. It was Ok when it got used for a couple of hours and not at full volume but one guy droned on for 5 hours and it was full volume so at 9pm we text that hotel to say we had had enough and they responded immediately and the noise stopped. This was out of control of our hosts and we really appreciated the staff at the other hotel immediately responding to our request.

We had a lovely time in Aquamarine Villa Syrena. We traveled as a family of 4 adults and 2kids, they organised (charged for it) a roll away bed. The villa is very well maintained. There’s AC and a fan in each room which is very nice.
The location is quite far from Amed city center (about 20min drive) which makes the place even more secluded.
The access is not that easy as it’s in the mountain side (roads were fairly flooded as it’s been raining really bad the day we arrived). There’s a direct access to a small beach from the property.
There’s an Italian restaurant which is super nice on property, make sure to have some cash as they didn’t accept card all the time.

Our villa was pretty private but we saw some other villas were less private as we could see in the villa from the property grounds.

You can order breakfast (not included in our room) and although there are limited options, it’s very tasty.

Overall beautiful experience for a very good price. We will be back!

Had an amazing 6 night stay here. Villa was very spacious and included a kitchen, large outdoor lounging area, large plunge pool with pool chairs. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The view from the villa overlooking the ocean was magical and the Italian restaurant on site is also amazing! We will be returning.

We live in Bali and have come to Amed several times a year over the past 1 5 years. We've stayed in many resorts and hotels in the area, and Aquamarine Beach Villas is our new favorite. We had a reservation for 3 nights, but we liked the property so much that we stayed for 5. The villas are charming, the staff is attentive and extremely friendly and polite, and the location is perfect. There are only villas, so there are no crowds. The beach is quiet and calm, and the snorkeling just off shore is some of the best in Bali. I spend several hours a day snorkeling or diving when we're in the area, and after this a dip in the private plunge pool was so refreshing. Aquamarine Beach Resort is really good value in every way. I'm already booking our next trip.

We recently spent a wonderful week at Aquamarine Beach Villas. Everything was just fantastic. I have never met such attentive and friendly staff from the cleaning crew, the office staff, the gardeners, our driver, the pool cleaner, the massage lady, builders (doing small quiet reno), staff in beach hut... all were so friendly and keen for us to enjoy our stay. Plus the setting of the villa is just magic. Having a massage in a little hut by the waters edge. Also as a bonus the trattoria's food was great. Thank you to everyone. We would love to go back.

Lovely small group of villas. Nice Indonesian touches with the design. Lovely grounds, staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed in villa Syrena 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. All villas have their own pool. It was very nice chilling out in the open plan living area, watching the ships go by and just staring at the ocean. Straight off the beach snorkeling is excellent and plenty of boats to take you to other places if you wish. Keep an eye on tide and current. It is a little away from lots ofeating options but next door is Seaview Warung excellent food and the Trattoria is good food also. Some restuarants will pick you up if you message them and I also had food delivered to villa.

Sensational across the board!
Booked directly with Allen the owner on the website, (forget OTA's, book direct much better connection) Met Allen and the team on arrival, everything was ready, laid back, cool beach chic which is just perfect for the setting. And WOW, what a setting, perched on the beach and overlooking the ocean was stunning. A lovely sea breeze kept the outdoor areas very comfortable, plus a dip in your private pool takes the experience to the next level.
Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, always attentive and will to provide all that could be needed for your stay. The little beach bar kept me coming back for more cold beverages and Breakfast was a treat to have delivered to your villa! I really can't recommend the resort highly enough. Thanks to all who took such great care of us! We'll definitely be back!
Missing everyone already, Charles

What a great place. The Villas are excellent. We had Makara Villa. See the photo. Uninterrupted view of the beach.
The massage hut is right on the beach. Great sea breeze whilst getting a massage, nothing better.
Breakfast was good and they bring to your villa.
The bedroom is the only indoor area with aircon and a great view.
Open lounge and kitchen area with your pool below- amazing.
Outdoor private shower and hot water.
They provide water so you don’t have to bring any if you wish.
Good restaurants close by. The villas have restaurants. I recommend Trattoria - see review. But great food and drinks. Cheap.
The service and people working here are very good and helpful.
You can hire scooters and good price.
Our villa was a single and great for couples.
They have other villas with multiple bedrooms.
Great activities like scuba diving, war ship wreck, spear fishing, snorkelling, fishing.
Amed is around 4 hours from the airport. Winding roads for the last hour.
An amazing peaceful place. There are many families here as well.
We will be back.

OK, Amed is a little out of the way but my god, its worth the drive if this is what youre coming to. This villa was AMAZING !! The view, the staff, the massages, brekki, private pool. Everything about our stay here was perfect. There is an Italian Trattoria at the top of the villas which is a must must try. I bet u dont eat there just the once !! the truffle carbonara was sensational. As were the pizzas and Caesar salad. Yum

Loved loved our stay here. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I wish I could stay longer. The villa had amazing views. My only complaint would with the hot water in the bathroom. It would not stay 1 temperature. It would change from not hot to burn your skin scolding. That was unpleasant and not safe for a child. Great price at the moment
