The hotel is right on the ocean plus a fabulous pool, views across to lombok, friendly staff, terrific food , close to the japanese ship wreck for snorkeling and diving, nice massages beside the sea, fishing boats each morning
We booked one night in the Amed Dream but stayed for 4 and another couple which we met in a different hotel moved and also stayed for longer than they had planned. What a great find if you want a comfortable bed, choice of pillows, clean bathroom and the most amazing view then stay here. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in our six weeks of Bali so far with an excellent choice and big portions all served by friendly and happy staff, what more could you ask for. Great value for money would recommend it.
This little hotel is right on the beach in Amed with the most amazing views and a great horizon pool. The staff are super friendly and service is great. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was beautiful. We would highly recommend this little place.
I have stayed at numerous hotels in Amed, The area is peaceful and tranquil. I found this hotel at a bargain price of $50 AUD it looked nice so we booked it. We were amazed when we checked in, everything looked like the pictures. The staff are fantastic. The spa is great, the pool gorgeous. The only negatives I can think off are, the breakfast was good but not outstanding, unlike the rest of the hotel. I highly recommend this Hotel.
nice hotel. You've got what you want. Very nice ambience and view, you can see the sunrise right through your window. This is a good place for relax and spent time with your family. The food also okay with affordable price. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Will be back here for sure.
We are a group of 6 adults and 4 adult children and this hotel is just perfect for winding down and chilling out. Such a laid back atmosphere and so peaceful and quiet. Sadly for the locals the tourist trade has died off in Amed as more and more resorts are opening up all over Bali. But I would highly recommend a few days in this beautiful old style Bali area where the locals are super friendly and welcoming. We virtually had the whole resort to ourselves, the rooms are very clean and modern and the resort itself has everything you need for some serious rest & relaxation. Perhaps the only fault is the food was quite disappointing compared to other restaurants in the area (there are some great restaurants in Amed) and while the staff are super friendly and very accommodating, we feel they could make a few more sales if they did a pool waiter service. The bar on the beach is open and staffed but the pool area is elevated away from the bar. But all in all, we loved our stay here and highly recommend it for a very relaxing and peaceful place to wind down, away from the Kuta/Legian mayhem. Oh, the downside is the 2 to 3 hour trek from the airport but once you are here it is worth the effort.…
This is a lovely hotel right on the beach which is great for snorkelling we saw more fish than the gili islands. Rooms are nice good size and clean. Beware there are lots of steps and no lifts you need to be fit to stay here . The pool was nice but sun beds are limited they only have about 14 in total including the beach. The thing that lets this hotel down is the food and beverage service we never saw one person eat in the restaurant in our three days. There is a great Italian up the road other than this you will need to go to town which at a cost of 1000rp each way makes eating out expensive .the other thing you need to be aware of is there is no safe they say safety deposit boxes but thus is one safe at reception which everyone has access to. They need to sort out the food and beverage issue and then they would have great hotel. …
Excellent rooms, small seating area outside the room, with amazing garden and sea views. Great swimming pools, my granddaughter loved the swimming. Steps down to the beach, black sand, and lots of interesting shells for beach combing. Also a spa, enjoyed by my daughter-in-law. Breakfast was delicious! (Self-service) with lots of choice. Management and all the staff were helpful and attentive.
Very friendly staff!! Nice breakfast that can be delivered to your room if so desired. The Breakfast room/Cafeteria is very windy so just order your breakfast to be brought to your room. No extra charge for that!! The hotel is not really in Amed. It is located a bit south, so be aware of that. About 200 meters from Japanese WW II ship wreck. While we were there, earthquake hit Lombok just across from Amed. We felt strong tremors but the hotel survived the quake well. Unfortunately some staff members suffered damages to their own homes. Staff does not speak English that well but one can easily manage. A great ocean view from all rooms!!! A/C worked very well!!
I loved the stay in the hotel. I´ve bee treated by the hotel manager like I´ve booked the presidential suite. Ratih! Thank you very much for your hospitality and it´s been nice to meet you and your friend! The breakfast was yummy and great, though I´ve expected a bit more on the plate when reading "American breakfast"...even though it was enough, don´t get me wrong on that! It was a bit strange though to have gotten mashed potatoes and bolognese sauce for breakfast? The personal is very, very polite and sometimes a bit...over-motivated? I´ve just finished eating and the plate was gone within 30 seconds. I´ve extended my stay for a second night to enjoy it even more. The restaurant terrace could use some wind protection as the wind can be very strong...this is a very minor issue though! The bedrooms could use a mosquito net...the deluxe room doesn't have one, so I cannot comment on the other rooms. I think I´ve killed around 15 mosquitos during a 2-night stay. The deluxe room has a terrace to leave directly to the pool which is great, but the key to the terrace door is not provided. A price list for the room service is not provided.…
