Stayed with friends on 18th Jan 2020 and booked two rooms through web portal. Check in was ok. Hotel doesn't have any secured parking facility. Rooms are bit small and need some maintenance. Since the property is on the main road, Guests occupying rooms facing the road side have to compromise their sleep. Continuous vehicle horn sound even at late midnight.
Plenty of eateries available adjacent to the property and this is suitable for only Business people on short stay and not recommended those who would like to relax with family.

Good hotel located at railway station walking distance. Lots of restaurants near by, service is good . Rooms are clean and tidy, have all required amenities. Bathroom is clean and hygienic, the best part of this hotel.

Walking distance from railway station, clean and hygienic rooms, excellent service, good for business and family trips. Front staff is very cooperative. Only hotel where staff was awaken at night. Safe for family. Owner is also very supportive.

Worst Hotel, Staff is worst, If any argument is there their staff can also make you humiliate and also shows their "dadagiri" "mar ke yahin fenk dunga - kisi ko pata v nai chalega".
They make fools in rooms, with say of executive room they give standard rooms, every floor they mention 02 Standard (105, 106), 02 executive (101, 102) & 02 premier rooms (103, 104).
But in executive they have only 102 room and 101 is only standard rooms. you pay 1200 for executive for 101/201/301 these are just standard rooms.
They make fool in this. For complimentary Breakfast, they ask you how much you eat like a "janwar" if you take 02 "pranthas" or even more. They ask for charges for breakfast then, if you not pay they are even ready for man handling you (forcefully).
Standard rooms are full of bad smells, no one can sit in those rooms.
You can even see the good thing your friend’s cockroaches with you in rooms. over floor and bed.

Charged Rs. 800 for 2 hours' stay so their claim of 24 hour check in and check out is completely bogus. Wifi is free but does not work. Bathroom without hot running water! They say it works only in winters. Breakfast took 45 minutes to come. Bathroom did not have enough towels, they never sent extra ones on request too. The reception manager was glad to take my money but had to be asked for a receipt! He had no intention to give receipt. Typical hotel of a small Indian city - they will take your money but forget about the service. Only OK thing was that room was furnished well, but very small. Would not recommend.

Room & food was OK. The wash room was not maintained properly. There was no restaurant and food had to be brought from outside. Breakfast was not available before 8.30. The entrance to the hotel is narrow

Hotel is near to station rooms are very small but it's clean. After 11 and before 7:30am you will not get any service. The person on the reception he will refuse every request if you ask.

Good amenities, good food around, great hospitality and overall a very friendly environment. This place is very next to the Railway Station and so it is easy to get from / on the train. The owner of this Hotel is very accommodating and approachable, which makes this place even better. Super fun / family hotel - highly recommended!

Very bad experience, no any person at desk. No back up if electricity goes and you had to search reception person but you will find nothing.
