I usually don't review places but stay at Hotel Exotika made me write this one. The room and restaurant facilities are amazing and the staff is professional. I stayed in this hotel for three days and it was totally worth it.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and hotel was well built. Lot of garden space to have morning walk and for kids to play. Hotel is well maintained. Staff is helpful and courteous. Food is also good.

on the way to Ujjain MAHAKAL we stay at exotika resort in kota we reach the kota at 7 PM at that time we find the Exotika resort on the main road of kota. we book three rooms, two rooms we got in second floor and one in first floor, it was old room, rooms are decent, clean, and specious. at that time hotel under renovation. so corridors are under constructions, rain water coming from room window. on the ground floor of the hotel they have own hospital. looks like scary. staff prompt and efficient for service, they also have parking facility. overall stay good.

Exotika is situated on a main road and at a walking distance to Allen Kota Samyak & Sangyan Building, Landmark City. Auto, cab, restaurants etc. are easily available nearby. While visiting my child, who is studying in Allen Samyak Building, I stayed here for couple of times. My experience is mixed-bag. Apparently this property has been meant to cater more for marriage party with essential facilities like AC hall, marriage garden, rooms etc. First time I was allotted a room at ground floor & second time at 1st floor, both the rooms had no view. Ground floor room was relatively cramped with small wash room, peeling wall, average upkeep etc. However, 1st floor room was spacious with equally spacious washroom. Both the rooms had a queen size bed with relatively hard mattress, blanket without any cover meaning reuse of blankets by the guests without proper cleaning, tore bed sheet etc. In addition, both the rooms had sofa, wardrobe, small wall mounted TV, geyser, AC which is set at around 16-18 degree without remote leading to uncontrolled temperature especially at the night etc. During my 2nd stay in summer, experienced power cuts but no back-up to restore power, leaking and malfunctioning of shower taps, unbearable running hot water in the washroom during afternoon due to hot summer etc. The conclusion is don’t expect any luxury but this property can suit the basic needs of a traveler to stay at budget with some adjustments.…

Sometime as a traveler, when you get into bad hotel your whole trip get ruined and worst case,you have the place as well. Such was the case for me in Kota. My first experience in Kota regarding Hotel haunt me so much that I was not in a mood to visit this place again. But due to family program I was here few days back and,yes I stop at this hotel. And the experience was just awesome. My life is like 'Don't mess with my life, and I don't mess with yours' . So, during my whole stay the service and everything was beyond my expectation. The staff were helpful when service was called,and beyond that they didn't have any kind of useless time consuming chat to the guests. My advice is, guys if you are here to visit students in Allen classes,do stay here. The hotel is walking distance from Allen and rooms are very clean, it is worth every money you spend and yes its budget friendly as well. I assure you,you won't regret…

It is well maintained resort. It offers all amenities. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. hospitality is very good. Food is very good. This resort is on Kota- Bundi Highway. property is value for money.

resort exotika is on the bundi highway .it is well maintained and having all kind of amenities and well decorated rooms .good for family function ,wedding .food was not so awesome but good according to location

I went for my friends marriage. this is a well maintained and beautifully decorated resort. Rooms and facilities are good. Parking space is huge.As this is close to city lot of traffic is avoided. Restaurant food served was decent.
