Booked online. Hotel was booked for two adults and two kids but asked to pay extra when checked in. Booked with breakfast complimentary but was provided with much request citing to me constraints. There is no heater in the room. Hotel is well near the coaching institutions and market and even bus stand. Just ok.

Average Hotel. Room was not clean properly. Staff was courteous. Google Marking is correct. It took more than 30 minutes to reach the hotel from from Kota Jn (Railway Station). Does not have any In-House Restaurant. But provides Breakfast from outside.

The hotel rooms are good and staff is also properly dressed. You can stay here for short period stay, as it not have any great view of the city it is just good for short time stays. Not that much costly bit perfectly fits in the budget as per the service provided over here.

We stayed a night while transiting. They had decent rooms. Service is okay with raw untrained staff. In room amenties were good but lacked a tea/coffee maker. It is in a good clean surrounding with one side being a largely unused airstrip. The big put down was that the WIFI NEVER WORKED EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIMED IT DID, Also not having a dining option of their own, they keep menu of a nearby restaurant which turned out to be overpriced and not knowing the basics of a soup!. You might try a different option for food

Hey guys its a nyc hotel to stay i enjoyed alot here. Nyc room service. And nyc behaviour of all other working staff. And charges are also affordable. Happy to visit there. Nd love to visit there again.

Visited forb friends wedding. Room service stole our phone. Hotel staff didn't accept the theft at first said check yourself and after much stress checked cctv footage and saw footage . Room service boy gave back phone after much talking but he spoiled phone with water.when confronted owner he said mistake is at our end and we have to bear all losses as hotel isn't responsible for loss personal belonging. Showed a very rude behaviour when asked for settlement money for phone loss as phone got wet so its of no use. I will advice not to visit this hotel.

we were their for getting admission of my sister in coaching. nice and silent hotel. service is good. receptionist was very helpful and responsive. stayed their for a day without any issues. booked through MakeMyTrip. i highly recommend this if you are looking for a hotel.

A good budget hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and co-operative. The complementary breakfast do not offer variety. This hotel does not have a restaurant so ordered food is brought from nearby restaurant eatos.

After staying & leaving kota almost 11 years back,finding a perfect Hotel was quite a challenge .My search on net zeroed on HOTEL SWAGAT,jawahar nagar. A very impressive,cool ,calm & cozy hotel in heart of the New kota can be a dream for any tourist/visitors.On just a genuine call a day before arrival ,my room was booked & a logical discount was also accepted.( far better than any Hotel booking site will offer you). Nicely done Rooms are Big & elegant with utmost cleanliness maintained right from room to bathrooms.Room service was quick & efficient. Im tooooo impressed with the behavior of front office staff who were very cooperative,polite,helpful & friendly. No dearth of convenience facility as you can have any time auto for any corner of city.There are lot of eating joints nearby for variety of food stuff. A Little area of improvement for Hotel :- Quality of Break fast can be improved to improve hotel's image further. Cant forget to mention that after my check out today ,i kept my luggage there & once i came back after completing my work,a room was opened for me to get fresh & changing etc. VERY important ;- CHECK OUT TIME IS 24 HOURS.
