Rooms promise much more than they actually provide. The hotel is fine if you're there for a couple of days. More than that, it begins to get to you. The windows don't or can't open - there are pigeons waiting to come in. The smell of food from the kitchens pervades the entire hotel well past breakfast time. The promise of free wi-fi remained a promise; it was spotty and had a scary id of virus!

Stayed at this hotel for a day on a visit to Kota. This hotel is near Allen Sankalp building , making it a conveniently located place to stay for newcomer Allen students and their parents . Other institutes like Resonance , Career Point, Bansal, Motion is also not far away . I booked this hotel because it's an Oyo property, and expected a certain sets of basic facilities. Unfortunately, this hotel greatly disappointed me. >Wi-Fi didn't work at all. >Most depressingly, AC did not work. >There was no window in the room, no ventilation, no sunlight. It was suffocating. >The bedsheet, pillow cover, toilet were not clear enough. I didn't feel like using them . Hotel staffs were courteous . This is the only positive about this hotel along with its location .

Very rude staff, never seen such a rude staff in my life. Few clothes given to laundry were MISPLACED by them which they returned it back somewhat after a month(and was being harassed after then for few days due to somethings). Would suggest to reconsider your option before booking this hotel. Had to give 1 rating , if it Would've been possible would not even give a ZERO RATING to this.

I would have rated it good if not for some issues I faced. An average hotel if you are looking for a long stay as it is value for money. Room and bathroom is clean. Location is nearby mall and surrounded by hostels for students all around. Issues which needs to be corrected: Wifi not working on 3rd floor. Cockroaches running around; need pest control. AC's making huge noise

it was a bad hotel and rooms are too small the best part was its location rest all of the things was terrible. they don't have a proper restaurant. and the staff only works when given a good tip. bed sheets where full of stains, and the ac was too noisy. compared to the room bathroom was much bigger and better. had to order food from outside and had to give a big tip to the waiter for that. summary do not stay in this hotel there are much better hotel in same rate available.
