Stayed there last year...small hotel with a nice restaurant. Well maintained and clean rooms with crisp linen.Rooms are big and service is good. Special mention to the restaurant...the food is authentic and very good. Will stay there if again visit Kota.

Stayed for a night .. big, quiet, clean room & linen .. not at all suffocating & dingy .. the floor has a large common sitting area with an outside view .. the food is a little spicy and may upset a few .. eat light .. quick room service.
A very convenient and affordable stay at these prices. Recommended for business travelers & even families.

Travelling solo and booked a standard room directly with the hotel for a night stay on 24 hours check-out basis. The price was inclusive of breakfast. It is a small two storey hotel, situated in walking distance form railway station. The ground floor has reception, restaurants and 1st floor has total 10 rooms. There is also a siting place in 1st floor, which was nicely decorated in Rajasthani theme. The allotted room was tiny and had no view. The room had an average sized bed with relatively hard mattress, TV, window AC & chairs & table. The AC was noisy, room cleaning not done and room had mosquitoes etc. The washroom was small and clean but bathroom fittings needs proper maintenance. A towel of an average quality and a small soap were provided. Hotel has an in-house restaurant which is open to outside guests as well. The restaurant serves tasty veg foods, however foods are bit pricy. The hotel offered complimentary pick-up from station as well. The staffs were courteous. Overall a reasonable option to stay in Kota

very good stay Travelling solo and booked a standard room directly with the hotel for a night stay on 24 hours check-out basis. We got all of the necessary facilities we needed on the right time thank uGood experience. Hotel was good hotel staff were nice and food quality and verity was also good. It was one of good options for stay in Kota city. Location is also very good and near from kota railway station.

While coming back from Baran, stayed over at Kota and found this hotel. It is everything that you want a hotel not to be! The room allotted first was changed as it was told that earlier one had water problem. So assuming that this would be better room…. Wrong! It was without even the basic amenities that you expect from the hotel on this price band!
1. Room was mosquito infested
2. Hard mattress
3. Even did not have a night bulb
4. Toilet jet was damaged
5. TV package had to be recharged.
6. Had a dog nearby that kept barking at night
7. Food mentioned available 24 hours not available
8. A breakfast order of bread toast and omlatte would be more than 60 mins…Finally had to leave without breakfast…
9. Hotel does not accept cards!
10. Completely unprofessional staff.
Frankly, you do come across such hotels once in a while… thankfully it was a short trip and just stayed overnight and left early morning! But never to be visited again or recommend to anyone else! It is just one of those hotels that are best avoided!

Close to railway station (650m), on the main road (still quiet and easily accessible), great service, beautiful rooms and interior, helpful staff and good food. Close your eyes and book it. All rooms are AC, 24 hrs check in/out.
Cons: Bit far from the main city (shared autos easily available), food order takes time (everything is served fresh- a bit high in price)

If are in love with heritage on a budget purse, this is the place. Staff is courteous, service is personlised, rooms are nice and clean. Highlight is the central lobby where all the guests from all the 10 rooms can sit together and enjoy like us during the family funciton.

It is near Kota Railway station near to bhimganj mandi. Rooms was nicely decorated and well ventilated with a window. I must say that they made the hotel to feel the Rajasthani cultures. Nice ambience of restaurant with proper seatings. All was just awesome. I will recommend this hotel to my friends whenever they visit to Kota.
