As everything is okay but the rom service is not up to that mark as expected, and the rooms TVs doesn't have a recharge also, as the SemiFinal world up match there nd room cleaning is also not good, u have to ask many times to clean the room.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel . Previous 2 visits we're good so booked it again. We had booked for 3adult as per our last visits. We had a child with us.they use to charge only the breakfast. But this time they charged RS 300 per day extra . We had checked in at 8pm on 29dec 2018. But till 11pm no extra bed was given after repeated call they gave the extra bed. The flush was leaking which was not repaired in our 4 days of stay. On checking out today they told us that we have to pay RS 250 extra as they found one of our towels dirty yesterday. We told them to show the towel . They brought a towel which we hadn't used. It had gutka stains.i was shoced to hear a washing a towel cost 250 when we can get a new towel at that price. As we were short of time I couldn't argue much. Have to think twice before booking again as it seems they have become money mongers. I have given the pic of the towel…

I booked this room through Oyo for my stay from 29.6.18. When I reached there (at 10.00 PM on 29.6.18) with my wife, front office staff told me that there is no room vacant. You may contact Oyo, they will arrange another hotel. I contacted Oyo, but they did not provide me any help. I took a three wheeler and sought its driver's help. He was kind enough to search for us a room at 11.00 PM.

Visited the hotel this June . Check in was smooth. But was allotted a very small room though I had booked for 3 adults. On complaining I was given a somewhat bigger room. Staff however was very courteous. Location wise very helpful. Conveyance was always available

the hotel is great with very nice staff and service, the food in it restaurrant is very tasty. the restaurant is very nicely designed. and the rooms look great too. must a visit. the location of the hotel is very good. good place for short stays.
