The hotel is located in a Centralized place in kota The property is extremely neat and clean the ambiance is good The food served is good and staff is courteous Overall staying in this place is value for money
The guy at the reception was so rude and he even tried to click pictures of our ids (adhaar card on his phone). Receptionist was investigating like a detective, we went to the hotel as a family, my parents more than 60 yrs old, and he was doubting that they are married couple or not. We even called the police station nearby, he said its fine for Sr. citizen No need for any proofs. He was a not fit for the front-desk job and he should be removed from that job. Rest of the hotel was nice, breakfast was bare minimum and that too was not that good.
Staff is uncooperative. It was all negative ambience that we booked the another hotel for the same day. Receptionist was investigating like a detective. Whether person with me was my relative or not..
Better room service. Time punctuality of staff is in real time. Room is like home,'bedroom . Wifi, breakfast is included in base fare. Room charges also economical with luxuries style. All is good service with quality matter.
They have a policy of not giving room to local residents whether they are family, married or legal residents. And the hotel management didn't gave any reason for this biased policy. I will suggest do not book this hotel where they have bias policies.
Located on the main road to the railway station on Chhavani Chowraha (4-point crossing), this hotel is a convenient hotel. It is clean and safe. It is right next to an auto/tuktuk stand. You can get a tuktuk at all hours. If you want one at an odd hour, go and tell the drivers there beforehand. Taking a driver's cell no. is a convenient way of tying up also. It takes Rs100 from the railway station. Make a deal that he won't take on any other passengers along the ride. For going to the large shopping arcade on Jhalawar Road, the cost is about Rs 80. Do bargain. It is also walking distance from the central market of Gumanpura. It is next to the main State Bank of India branch and the LIC office. While the restaurant has fixed timings, they open up to serve if you tell them in advance. I had all my meals in the room, without any extra charges for room service. The staffs are very courteous. They also let you sit in the lobby if you check out at noon and have nowhere to go till your late afternoon train or bus. The food is good and the parathas are excellent.…
Wonderful hotel in the wonderful city. I have been there for number of times. Especially the decorations and we'll trained staff attracted me. It has always been at the top list when it comes to serve well to the tourists.
Stayed here for 3 days. Alternates considered were luckily dropped because they were on the non-commercial Chawni side. Ideally located in commercial area, the property is Spacious, Well lighted & Well connected with 24x7 local transport and inter district evening Volvo buses. Human Resources every where here are too modest and the initial impression gathered by a frequent travellor is that he has made a wrong choice. Nevertheless all are reasonably competent but it is the passion here "to make you maximum comfortable" that is the best score. Hotel has a UNIQUE Buffet system wherein 50% is on table for you to start immediately and for the remaining 50% they take your order for the options available. Replinshments are graceful. Your order is served before you need to remind them. Sample dishes are also displayed. You loose nothing but this 50-50 arrangement generats economy in their operation. AC, Hot water, Good linen, Ample tea bags, Daily newspapers, WiFi.. .....you get most of the things without any complaint. Donot know why, but a suo motu discount of 10% was also granted on Booking.com rates. Travel desk is dependable. We visited Indore, Ujjain & Boondi with the help available…
The hotel is around 8 km from Kota station. It is situated on the main road. The room is very comfortable with all amenities. Coffee machines, toiletries etc. The staffs are very helpful in nature. Though I have reached at 11.30PM and the hotel Restaurant is closed but they have arranged food from outside. The Kishore sagar and Seven wonders park are very near to the Hotel. The vegetarian foods are available inside the hotel.
I and a group of business colleagues were in Kota for about 2 weeks. After the last experience in a hotel in Kota, we were careful about finding a place that offered decent amenities, was centrally located, and not priced too high. For some strange reason, there is a motorcycle in the reception area of the hotel. I never saw the vehicle move in all the time that I was there, but there it was. The rooms were decent, pretty much as advertised on the website. Rooms were of decent size, with enough space for two people to move around without falling over each other. The bathroom however was another story. The hot and cold water taps were reversed, and it took me two days to figure it out. This after two days of foot-slogging in hot, dusty Kota. Breakfast was decent - this was the first time I saw kheer at a breakfast table . Kheer with rice instead of porridge? Internet was iffy. Not great connectivity, and slow! Upkeep could be better. There were desultory attempts to remove the dust from the corridors. All in all a decent place to stay in, centrally located, though the local rickshaw wallahs will try and fleece you. But that's why Ola is there.…
