The Lilac hotel is situated in a prime location, conveniently close to the Kota Railway Junction and popular tourist attractions. Pros Offered with a complimentary welcome drink with option of RO water at reception. Fruit platter (Banana & Orange) were provided in the room along with two liters of mineral water and kettle with coffee and tea. Rooms were clean and tidy matching with the pictures posted on the website. Room dining is useful with option of tawa roti at a reasonable price and excellent quality and room service. SWAG and SOUL both restaurants on level 1 are serving a lot of variety with excellent quality of food. Breakfast call in the room from restaurant informing that breakfast is ready at 8:30 hours is unique feature so that we don’t miss the exclusive quality of Indian and western breakfast cuisine. Cons Rooms were shown to us prior to check-in to select from Suite and Royal suite even though the Royal Suite was booked from the Hotel Lilac website. We were waiting for about an hour in the name of housekeeping even though we reached after 12 pm check-in time. We requested check-out at 4 pm but asked for additional charges after 1 pm even after staying six nights in the hotel. Due to maintenance we were shifted from our initial room after three days of stay but hotel staff arranged the same.

Hotel lilac exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. Good Food & Nice Ambiance with good Stay. I stayed in Hotel Lilac whenever I came to Kota for vmou kota. It is very much approachable from main points of Kota City. Firstly, your staff's attentiveness and professionalism were noteworthy. From the smooth check-in process to the prompt response to any requests, your team consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was hassle-free and pleasant.
The food was another highlight of my visit. The variety and quality of the breakfast spread were impressive, providing the perfect start to my busy days. The meals I had at were delicious, with a good range of options that catered to all tastes and dietary requirements.

Excellent in - Modern Room, Food, All Amenities ( TV, AC, Fridge, Electric Kettle, Mini Fridge, WiFi and all) were working very properly) Location of the property is very nice, close to the Railway station and all items are available nearby. Good space for Car parking. Staff was very courteous and professional. Madhu ma'am at reception and Neelima at breakfast reception were very supportive. We had a very homely stay there.
Suggestions: Slippers and Dental Kit were not there, Room size was ok ok, no balcony was there in my room, Room dining is a bit slower (Take almost 40 min. after you order something) , but it was very delicious. They ask for ID for as married couple supportive documents)
Overall: I really enjoyed staying there and I fully recommend this property and love to visit again. Thanks team Lilac.

We - a group of four women stayed here for two nights. I had booked online after making 50% payment. Mr Shashikantji, Mr Rajatji and Madam Madhuji took care of us and helped us with a smiling face each time at the reception. They helped us in arranging vehicle for sightseeing. Complimentary pick up and drop was available and also luggage room facility was provided. Bellboy Mr Ashok was very co-operative and helpful in our entire stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and equipped with Mini fridge, Electric kettle, 24 hrs hot water and breakfast was complimentary. Breakfast spread is wide and we fully enjoyed the various items. We also had lunch and dinner here and the rates were reasonable and food delicious - especially Khasta Roti and Methi Roti. Location is central and the surrounding area clean too. We were extremely satisfied and glad that we booked here.

Service is really good. Staff is really attentive and loved their hospitality. Food is yum and healthy. As I am in kota now will keep coming for the food. My kids really enjoyed the kids special menu and it is value for money. Only part where I felt little bit lacking is washroom.
