We go to Lonavala few times a year and try different hotels. It was a pleasure to discover Rhythm as we had great time (though some of the rowdy guests caused the pool to be shut down). The staff is fantastic and very hands on including the GM. The food was excellent and we had the pleasure of the Gala dinner on both nights. The hotel area is small but well designed.

Excellent hotel... Good location and very well maintained. The food quality is ok not that great but rest everything is just perfect. All the best for the future and keep the standard as it is going forward.

The property has good suites and are well kept. What it needs to work on is definitely on the hospitality end. We were woken up to 12 in night, when we open the door someone was there to give water bottles. Who does that middle of the night. In addition we had someone knocking on the door when we were on do not disturb just to deliver fruits. During dining we had to run around for cutlery and water despite no one in the restaurant. Except for one occasion I'm vmbreakfast where they served raw aloo bondas which were batter inside (the took back the batch from buffet but the new batch had same issue) food was overall good.
