DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF STAYING HERE. Hotel staff is rude and untrained to handle guests. To expect hospitality from them is a far cry. Hotel owner banged his car against mine. When I confronted, he remained unapologetic. Cats done here on same utensils. After repeated requests none of their staff was interested to restrict cats. Lift condition is pathetic. Accident can happen anytime. Rooms are not that good as shown in pics. Dirty and not maintained. Room bell won't work and everyone will bang door. Food quality - total waste of time, money and health if you done here. If there was an option of negative rating, i would have given that. ARNAV DATTA MUMBAI

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at hardly 1.5kms from railway station and bus stand, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. It possesses a cool and mild climate and is surrounded by high mountain ranges. allowed us to check in early, We got to the hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Room was very neat and clean with a balcony from the mountain view. Extra Ordinary view from balcony. 24hrs Hot & Cold Water available, Swimming Pool was also neat and clean. Staff was so friendly and prompt service with personalized approached. Well maintained restaurant with so yummy and delicious food. The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lonavala. Will only stay here if I go to Lonavala again.

I have booked this resort to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. During the time of booking they have promised me to provide free candle light dinner and decorations at room. But when I visited they charged me for the same. Also they have only decorated my room but refused to provide candle light dinner. I have very worst experience of this resort. Not recommended to others.

Receptionist asking for more money for 1 hour early check in. After paying so much money they have not opted at least for breakfast. Not worth for money. Actually it is not a Hotel it is a learning center. Restaurant is too costly. Very far from Railway Station and Market. There are many better options in this same price range. No amiminitis. Swimming pool is just for show.

I stayed in this hotel from 18 to 24tg march, 2018. It was a very good experience for me and also for my friends who came with me. Room space is sooo nice. Neat and clean rooms even bathrooms also. Housekeeping was also good. Room service is best. Food was awesome. I love the food. Specialy that soup called "dhaniya Sorba". That soup was soooo damm good. Its mouth watering for me. Brekfast and evening snaks are also good. Dinning area is good and specious. Air circulation is good. Neat and clean atmosphere in the rooms and dining area. Also they offer indoor games like carrom, chess, table tenis. Outdoor games like volyball, basket ball. They also have amphie theator, garden.

We have stayed this hotel for 2 nights while our lonavala trip. The location is quite good , but they should improve its interior. Rooms were big and clean. The service was also good. It has nice garden to spend time and a playground for kids.

We have recently done a family trip of almost 18 peoples in Mayur Retreat. The location is bang opposite of old Mumbai Pune road. The hotel is approx 2 Kms away from main Lonavla market and hence is good for those looking for quiet and calm ambiance. Hotel is having a small steep entrance (mud and boulders) towards lobby. They have secured car parking area. The persons at reception are quiet friendly. There is a lift inside the hotel. The rooms and lobbies are good and maintained nicely. They have clean washrooms and linen. The hotel is having their own swimming pool and indoor games facility as well. They have their Wifi which i have not tried. The food is nice, they serve buffet lunch at Rs.300 per adult (children's free). The only thing i disliked is that they charged us for breakfast which should be free. (Some one else in family has booked the rooms for us hence don't know what he opted for). This is a good hotel for staying with your friends , families and large groups.
