Sorry but this is not at all sarovar standards hotel at all with dirty linen put up and the room not spic and span and some basic hygiene not maintained Bar not operational but that’s not informed at the time of check-in

Hi Team - Unexpected response from your reception staff, because while making booking through your website directly it was clearly mentioned that I will be getting free breakfast but the moment I came here they said directly NO, which is quite shocking from your end and the room was extremely unhygienic as there was blood stains on the floor as well as on the bed sheet and top of that the room had a pungent smell. Amazing service, good hospitality, overall a very good experience rooms r good too. Staff is very helpful Incase of any issues even in the middle of the night they come and help u with a smilE. Value for money just a small feedback the entrance should look a little better.
