Location of this is the best as and environment of lush green with good seating options and swing and swimming pool . Staff is minimum and not cooperative . Manager is not proper . Who said us not available any rooms but we got the rooms online and that was cheaper . In restorant worst food that no test and just like serve in hospital. They don’t prepare again after complaining and that because they had no time for satisfying us . We the leave food and eat in Picaddle resort outside they have fast food like dosa , sandwiches, burger , etc . That was cheaper and best in test with good hygiene. My no 9825022367 . I give this no for your betterment. We love the premise but to improve is best to run . So owner is suffering after all and he may contact us .

A good resort for vacationing with family. The rooms were clean with basic amenities and rates were affordable. The service was good. The in house restaurant served quality food ( I especially liked butter chicken). Both a la carte as well as buffet options were available. This resort has a good sized swimming pool with separate section for kids (lesser depth). It also offers various recreational activities like carrom, table tennis and badminton etc.

Located a little away from the busy Lonavala market ,it is a wonderful place to stay with well maintained amenities and huge rooms. The food could be a little better honestly, but all in all a nice and peaceful place to stay over the weekends. A very courteous staff who are always happy to help.

A mismanaged experience. The rooms were unmaintained and room services were pretty slow. The foods were served chill and the restaurant was not upto the mark. The hotel will give you no priority if there is an event and you will feel like you are no one

The property is located inside the “real” Lonavala and not on the highway. If lucky you get a view of the Lonavala lake and the beautiful mountains from the room and one part of the lake is just a small distance away The Hotel doesn’t or didn’t serve liquor, we were informed that this is true even for normal times, so tipplers please note The rooms are good but need to be maintained better as we could see the deterioration in the doors, floors, electrical fittings not working etc The a la Carte dinner was quite good but the breakfast could be much better, seemed to be less salt in some dishes There was a magic show organised on Saturday evening which was awesome and made the stay memorable and compensated for some of the defects above. The ventilation and good weather ensured that the Air Conditioning was not required, again a plus point due to the mountains and lake nearby There was a on the house Kabab counter which was excellent but could have been managed better as demand exceeded supply Overall the staff was good except 1 waiter who didn’t seem to understand requests like water required at the table. It’s a good stay but don’t carry too much expectations for the price charged…
