Good location overseeing beautiful Pawana lake but isolated. Roads are bad so need driving skills for small cars however the road construction was going on. Food is good veg and non veg. It's a decent hotel don't expect 5 star amenities. Simple one . Staff is quick. But food needs to be ordered ahead of time. Even breakfast is after 8:30 am. So plan accordingly. Overall, good decent stay. Carry your soap

This property is located at an amazing spot. The view is mesmerizing. Your Instagram will be filled with good photos and videos for sure. But the resort needs attention and maintenance from the service team. They are not maintaining the property well. The main doors are kinky and broken. Windows are not closing properly and hygiene is also on the lower side.

My girlfriends dog expired one day before leaving. I requested them to just reschedule as I had paid 50% of the 3 night stay in advance which was around 8.5k. I didnt even ask for a refund once just a simple reschedule to whenever they could. They did not budge. The worker Meghraj told me "Haan sir theek hai kya bada hua kutta hi toh mar gaya hai na aap aa jao" (quite disgusting i was speechless) and the executive Priyanaka ignored my calls thru out and over whatsapp then was equally rude and inconsiderate. I literally requested them to reschedule me to any 3 days out of 365 days in the year, for an event related to a death which no one can control, still they treated us like bad and just kept saying one thing , we do not have a policy for reschedule in case of death of dogs. Their behavior was just inhumane and inconsiderate. I just want everyone reading the reviews of this place to know the management mindset at Vibhati.

This place is just awesome. Especially the View of mountains & Lake. Went few days back. I booked a premium cottage which was located in the upper side of the property compared to the luxury cottage. Had sliding doors which were really big. The cottage is in wooden , quiet spacious. I read reviews of not having network here but to my amazement, my phone network was working well with full tower. Also, they provide wi fi which too work good. You cannot go outside because there is nowhere to go 😅 that means you have to have food here itself. So no matter how much the charge/the taste is , you gotta eat. Food was good, except few items of chinese and chicken tikka, also phulka wasn’t fresh 20rs/pc) not worth. Service was really good. Housekeeping was being done everyday. You may book uber while going to this place but while returning you have to book through goibibo or any other cab booking apps or they have their own cab. The cottage is almost 10kms from the main road, so you will not get any vehicles. Make sure you make proper arrangements while returning. Rest everything was excellent. Also, they dont provide toothbrushes & toothpaste which i think they should give because they are charging a good amount.

Lovely place...the direction's are to be followed from dinosaur park...you will reach here without trouble...the view is amazing... food was excellent...try their local cuisine... like pitla bhakri thecha ... sunsets over here are awesome...
