Let’s also rave about the food at this hotel as it’s worthy of some praise! You must definitely visit the poolside restaurant and try the biryani & chicken tikka.
Overall standard of the hotel and service of its staff was second to none, and I’m certainly listing it as a hill station favourite.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropark on a weekend trip with my wife for her birthday. Before arriving I had requested the staff to decorate the room to surprise my wife - they did a beautiful job with the flowers and balloons. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend the hotel - especially for couples.

Living in Mumbai, and considering the current Covid climate, Metropark was the perfect pick for my friends and I as lonavala is easily accessible + their health and safety standards are top notch. Their swimming pool is regularly cleaned and the whole premises was clean and safe. Right from the check in process all the way through checkout. We had an excellent experience.

The hotel is overly priced for the kind of services they offered. cold water through out our stay no proper towels no toiletries the fridge wasn't working, the wifi wasn't working. It's an absolute disaster experience. choose your stay wisely.

We visited during the peak season of Christmas yet we got the best rates. Spacious rooms, friendly staff,great hospitality and value for money. Clean and big washrooms - the most important part in the room. Overall a great experience

Recently visited Lonaval from Mumbai, stayed at Hotel Metropark for one day trip. Got a good offer, Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was helpful and Pool is clean. Highly Recommend for stat👍👍👍👍

We took the hotel for an overnight stay close to the main-street and it was the right pick. The rooms are big and have a decent good maintenance. The pool was a disappointment though but being in the pandemic phase it didn't matter to us.
Pros: Property:Big rooms, attentive staff. Good covered parking space. Location: Walkable from the main street of lonavala within 5 mins. Very reachable from the Lonavala railway station as well. Food: No in-house kitchen. Other: They have a carrom-board in the corner which helped us pas time when bored. The property is very small but can be used for good picture backdrops. The pool may be small for adults but they also have a kids pool. However again, its useful as a backdrop for some good pictures ;) .
Cons: No in-house kitchen and mainly the early checkout of 10.00 am. Though they were flexible about letting us leave an hour late but those reminders could have been avoided if the check-out time was as normal as 11.00am

Had awesome experience!! Hotel is very osum! Rooms are very nice and spacious! Staff is also very polite and helpful! Clean, hygiene and all safety measures are taken!! My kid also enjoid alot! Will surely visit next time and will surely recommend to others too!
