I visited this hotel with my family. Even though hotel rooms and service is also good, the staff misuses the customers data. This was worst experience ever. If you want to improve your business then you will need to change your staff.

Hotel location good, close to city center. But no view from the room. Rooms are very neat and clean. Interior is good. No Buffet Breakfast. We can choose only 1 item per person. No proper parking available. Hotel food quality is very good. Overall satisfied with the stay.

The rooms and clean and accompanied by all amenities. The hotel is only a few kms from lonavla railway station, on the old Highway. There is a small pool in the hotel. Parking is available. There is also an in-house restuarant. The hotel is pure veg.
