Visited this hotel with few friends. Here goes my experience 1. Room was untidy. Had female hairs all over the room (probably of previous guest). The hairs could be found all over the room inspite of housekeeping team cleaning it twice. Bathroom was not tidy. 2. No packaged water bottles supplied. Instead, jug filled with RO water and 2 glasses were kept in the room. 3. Beds linens were untidy. 4. Eating plates (plastic plates) were not clean. Yellow spots (oil spots) could be seen on the plates and spoons. 5. No hand sanitizer dispensers were placed at the lobby area or on each floors. 6. Room size is small 7. Water in the swimming pool was filthy. See pics. 8. Food spread and quality was average. Here goes my verdict Location - 4/5 Rooms - 2/5 Housekeeping & Hygiene - 2/5 Food - 3/5 Staff behaviour - 4/5 I doubt whether Sanitisation of rooms and other common areas is carried out by the hotel. We could have got a better hotel at the same price. To sum up, refrain from staying in this hotel especially during these pandemic times.…

During my business trip we stopped by Highland Resort Restaurant. We enjoyed the food. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Lonawala, MH.

Amazing place, well within the city, polite and helpful staff, very flexible, food was super yummy. Best place for stay in lonvala with cheap fare.Mr abhijit is a very polite person... Overall we had a wonderful trip because of this hotel.

Specially arrangement for dinner at garden by the hotel was really appreciative. Enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again. Expect them to add snacks item in the food menu. Overall fully satisfied with the trip.

Me & my partner went to celebrate my birthday we had an excellent time spent there. Food was superb as well staff was so courtious specially I mentioned Pankaj from breakfast place who taken care of us like family members also manager Abhijeet helped us a lot. Pool was very clean. Only feedback Room service timings should be extend till 12pm because people are drink in the room at 10pm by the time room service get shut. Thanks for everything we must visit again! Keep it up

Very good option if you are looking to stay near station/market. Just a stroll and you will find all the main shops/city market near to you. Therefore, location is a real plus for this resort. Coming to resort, it is a v.good well-maintained resort with some 40 odd rooms. The management is very skilled and they make sure you have a perfect stay. The room was good, spacious, clean and neatly maintained. It was well equipped with toiletries, towels, water bottle and a decent size wardrobe. There is a lawn where you can just gaze at stars and spend some time in open air or have a cozy walk. In addition, they have swimming pool. Though I did not used it, but it looked a bit small and was not a proper pool size. Also what I found missing was indoor games, which I suggest they can add up in future. They have restaurant facility with good amount of sitting capacity. For some reason was not able to have any meals in the restaurant, so cannot comment on food. However, looking at menu they had good range of options, so you can try. Overall had a wonderful stay, it was good time. Staff was good, service was prompt and check-in/checkout was smooth. I will strongly recommend this if you are looking for options nearby to station/market, if not Still you can surely try.…

Highland Resort is a two storied decent accommodation option in Lonavala. Location is USP. Walking distance is 10 minutes from railway station, 5 minutes from bus stand & just couple of minutes from old Mumbai-Pune highway. Though it is close to highway, location of hotel keeps itself away from hustle and traffic of town. Sunil wax museum is just 400m away. Super deluxe room was at 2nd floor & facing lawn in front premises of hotel. Room, toilet & linens were clean. Room size feels compact due to big size of bed. Missing shower curtain makes most of the toilet wet and floor drain off was slower keeping it wet most of the time for non-bathing area. Swimming pool is located next to the main gate of hotel premises and accessible only from reception and main lobby area. Food was delicious with generous quantity. Hospitality at restaurant was gracious and welcoming. Also there were bunch of good restaurants around within 5-10 minutes walk. P.S. Watch out for sharp, harmful corners of side tables, specially while accessing cupboard.…

This is a very ordinary hotel. No wi-fi in the rooms. Interestingly, they say, they keep their rooms radiation free. Location is good and near to the market. No feel of coming to Lonavala on leisure. Ideal price should be 2500/- instead of 5000/- to 7000/- which they charge.
