We got one of the best deals in this hotel. Initially booking online hotels its risky because most of the times the photos dont match the actual look, fearing that I just booked the hotel for 2 days wherein I really wanted to stay here for more than 3 days. After checking in - I didnt want to check out- it was such a relaxing room which we had got. though the food is not up to the mark I would say - but not bad either
Beware before going here! It’s not what it looks like in pictures. We stayed here last weekend and we had to check out in the night. We tried asking for refund but nor hotel nor OYO helped us. We had multiple bad experiences– Towels and soap were not in the washroom, and we had to call three times for towels. The housekeeping staff kept walking through lobby talking loudly and we had to complain about it. There were insects in the toilet and room. And As you can see, there are broken amenities in the bathroom. When we told the front-desk, they said, “YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD US EARLIER.” and did not fix it or offer to change to another room. In late evening, a big family group was staying there who were all talking extremely loudly in lobby and rooms, when I went there to request them to be discreet, the man told me, “It’s kids, they WILL shout.” and he threatened me to start a fight. But it was elders who were shouting. When I told the front-desk about it later, they told me they cannot do anything about it and we had to check out because it was IMPOSSIBLE To stay there. OYO had charged me ~750 Rs for the room, and when we were checking out Hotel demanded another 700 from me because I had booked for one person. I understand the confusion but I was checking out in middle of the night to find another hotel and they were even caring about it. This is my worst experience with any hotel and OYO.…
I have booked Room via OYO app, my booking ID was HNJW3256 it was prepaid booking. when I went to resort reception at night @ 9:45 PM,receptionist denied my ID.I have given my original Aadhar card and it was valid ID as per policy of OYO.When I spoken with OYO captain MR. Mohammed Ali on call he has put my call on hold for More then 20 minutes, and I have wasted my 50 with Him on call, end of the conversation he don’t have solution for inconvenience. He is in bound of OYO policy. OYO didn’t returned money same time as per policy they’ll take 7 to 15 days. For OYO money is more Matter instead of guest/ customer satisfaction.Shame on OYO I am regretting OYO that OYO has successfully spoiled my Night.
Will not recommend anyone this hotel if they are looking for good breakfast. Kindly book room without breakfast. OYO room kindly make a note of this as staff is friendly but you don't give them complete solution. Mineral water is also not provided in room as complimentary.
Navigating here is not a problem. Car parking is outside the resort which doesn't looks safe. They have amole of car parking available inside the gate but won't allow. Called at 10 for room service but nothing available to eat, not even tea. Management comes rude. Rooms are spacious and clean though.
