Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The rooms are ok, bed lamps were not working, food avoidable. Service staff polite and punctual. Swimming pool's access given to some people even with full trousers despite clearly displaying that the same will be with swimming costumes only.

We booked this place over the phone and when we arrived, no body knew about the booking so we had to wait for half an hour, so that they can figure out what rate to charge us. The rooms were not clean and were dark. But the bedsheets and pillow covers were clean. The swimming pool is good, though there were lot of tree shavings and leaves floating in the water. Food was expensive. And if some Chinese dishes are not on menu then somebody goes out in the market and buy it for you, I have no idea from where do they buy. Some of the waiting staff are very rude and they don't know how to talk to the guests. Need to be either trained or replaced. The location is good and is about 200 metres from the main road.
My suggestion, opt for some other property.

The hotel is at a very good location, only 100 meters in from the main road. However, it is not very well maintained. They have a big property with many rooms. We stayed in the hotel for one night only. The rooms are not very clean and also have some smell that can be addressed to some extent by opening the Window and the door. So, basically the quality and the price do not match. It is better to spend few hundred bucks extra and to go to some better place.
Basic facilities in Washrooms / toilets are missing in some of the rooms, so ensure that you get the correct room.
They have some indoor games also like table tennis, carrom-board, dart game etc. but again, poorly maintained.
The paid food (Dinner) was good except for Chhapati, hence given two stars. The breakfast have very limited choices (only 3) and hot beverages were not good.
They have good property, but they need to maintain it properly. There is a huge scope of improvement in room interiors, cleanliness etc.

went for a weekend getaway on 15th Aug the room are having carpets which smell very foul as they are not cleaned properly. very damp smell in the room as we checked in. swimming pool is dirty and not cleaned daily could find small frogs swimmingi n there the game area is not at all maintained only the food is a little ok overall a very pathetic place to stay would not recommend to anyone

The hotel is clean & services given are prompt. Indoor games include carrom, chess, tennis. Also, swimming pool is complementary. The location is excellent..... hardly 10 minutes walking distance from Station.

The Stay in hotel was very comfortable, Staff was very Supportive, attentive & well trained, I got a quick Service all the time, even they helped me with outside food parcel when the lunch or dinner time was over. I appreciate Service and the help from hotel's Staff. Swimming pool was well maintained and clean. The indoor games were So enjoyable we had lots of fun playing indoor games. I booked a deluxe room, there was Sufficient Size room with budget price. My room was clean, it was a Satisfied amenities and standard maintained from hotel. Food Served during breakfast was wide and delicious. And it was a quite and peaceful location which we were looking for, coming from MUMBAI. The overall experience was great and would definitely recommended this hotel.

Good Service with Clean Environment. Behavior and guide of sight seeing is Fabulous. Restaurant is bit costly but prices all over Lonavala are same. Also has good maintained pool. Check in time is 12 noon and not 10AM as mentioned in clear trip

Just came from lonavala. Stayed in the hotel just for 1 night. The location is perfect, 10 min walking from station, 5 min to the main market. Hotel is situated in a silent alley . We booked a deluxe room . bed was super comfy. Basic amenities. Soap shampoo n towels provided by hotel. Well maintained swimming pool. Staff good and helpful. Place need a interior renovation. If u are looking for a short stay then its perfect. Its a budget hotel u get what u pay for. Good value for the money. security, parking place. Will recommend to friends n will go back for sure.

Hotel is good and comfort, but lot of Flies, and surrounding walkable distance, ease connectivity for transports. hotels and rooms need upgrading as not in good maintained condition, good restaurant, walkable distance to bus stand and food joints..

I have stayed in this hotel for weekend. Rooms are quite spacious and neatly maintained though the walkways need to be cleaned. Support staff are helpful but you have to ask for everything. Swimming pool is neatly maintained which is very rare in budget hotels. Recommended for families more. The main advantage is that the hotel is located in the vicinities of lonavala market. Hence travelling late night to the hotel is not a problem.
