Very bad hotel ! We paid 5,500 for 4 people which had complimentary breakfast. We reached by 5 PM Sunday and our requirement was to stay for only one night. The entire place was desolate with no other guests. In the morning, for breakfast when we demanded more parathas, the staff added more spices and chilly so that we would eat lesser. A waiter was also complaining few drops of watermelon were falling on the floor, and he would have to clean it. There was no hot water in the bathroom. We complained many times. Even though the entire hotel was empty with no incoming guests, no good bathing facility, and that we came late, still during checkout he reception manager was continuously enquiring when were we checking out. Avoid this useless and prefer other friendly and economical hotels in the nearby area.…

Try to warn people about ratnaa resorts accomodation. DO NOT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY BY STAYING HERE or any weeding plan We paid 7800 per night for 2 room garden side room.But we get wall room and the staff were very rude and no food after 10 pm. I have upload few pics What a waste of time and our sanity! •There were no basic ammenities... eg. No fridge, Nothing in washroom or safe. •Bed was rock hard •Towels were dirty and there were holes in the bed sheet and one of the pillows. •Air Conditioner kept turning off. IF THESE REASONS AREN’T BAD ENOUGH, just wait for nightfall. The ear piercing sounds of hundreds of bullfrogs from near room was enough to keep my partner and I up all night. They sounded like a heard of distressed donkeys moaning and groaning for 9 HORRENDOUS HOURS. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THERE WAS NO ESCAPE. Talk about a NIGHT FROM HELL. For the price of this resort we found much better accomodation on lonavala with all the essentials and more! It's 18km from lonavala We immediately checked out the following morning, collecting our deposit. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this accomodation to anyone.…

I had very bad experience with this hotel..Everything which is shown on website and images are not lool like same..Pool was very dirty..some of games are not in working conditions.. There is no proper water flow system in the bathroom..Bad sheet were cracked and very dirty.. I suggest not to go there

We have been here with family for 3 days. property is good but service level is pathetic. Swimming pool was not clean and there was no attendant or life guard. Need to make several calls to get the service. View from executive room is good. Good Veg restaurant.

I had a great time at Ratnaa Resort. Very beautiful scenic view from my Executive room. clean big rooms with not so big bathrooms, but were clean. Huge property. Cycling, indoor games, big pool. Good veg. Food and very good service. Jain temple also very closeby. Value for money.

We went here with group of friends for a day and overnight stay. This looks like a newly built property. It is multi storeyed property. Rooms are awesome. We were allotted pool side rooms and hence the view of pool and adjoining river was amazing. No fridge in room. I think they are Pure vegetarian, contact resort as I am not really sure about it. They have pool table and other games. Pool is chargeable. Carom and TT not chargeable. There are no costume rules as such for swimming pool. Food was delicious and also variety was there. They have ample space to roam around and also garden to play outdoor games. Overall pleasant stay. There is no bar here.

The resort is about 10 kms from Lonavala. It is overlooking the Indrayani River and the railway tracks. amidst very calm and quiet surroundings. I think it is only about 3 years old. The rooms are very big and everything is neat and clean. The food is pure vegetarian. Both buffet and ala carte.

Me and 2 of my friends visited Ratnaa Resort on 1st & 2nd September 2018.1st thing which we noticed was the view,it was breathtaking.This place was windy.Rooms are big enough to accommodate 4 people.The food is veg but tasty and also the staff is also very friendly.Cream on the cake was the DJ which was played in game zone,he played superb songs.There were few cycles as well for riding. Overall the stay was awesome.I think monsoon is the best time to visit this place.

We visited this place recently and was in a group of 15 people. It's quite a big resort and with good amenities and was well maintained. The issue I faced here is most of the indoor games are chargeable (almost INR 100 for 30 mins), it doesn't make sense to pay extra while you have paid the good amount for the room and services already. Food was below average did not enjoy lunch, dinner and even breakfast..the tea was pathetic. You will find a lot of people there, meaning queue everywhere would not find the place to even sit while eating, forget about the chance to play indoor games.
