Room and bed was dirty also no water was provided in the bathroom ,I had to call the manager. Towel given was low quality and white flakes material was coming from it.Bedsheets were old and not washed.Overall not up to the mark.

This is like a home type feel property and guess needs more of maintenance in the rooms. You need to feel positive when we enter properties outside your comfort zone and this place lacks that. I think they need to look into the maintaining the property so people feel fresh while staying here

Poor service by hotel workmen. Water supply frequently stopped.Food was average and expensive. Not preferable to stay even it's free. Not maintaining the property. Fake swimming pool with stinking water.The rooms were smelly. Staff was not attentive. Service personnel are not polite. Hotel experience very very bed.

We booked a room for 3 people, the room was clean but there were cockroaches and the blankets stincked. There were stains too It's a nice place if you want to spend only a night but a very bad place if you want to spend time in the hotel. It took time for us to find the reception too as it's behind the property in some corner without any sign board. The rooms need some renovation as our door didn't even have a handle. It's a good hotel just for a sleepover.

The rooms were smelly, No breakfast included. The breakfast cutlery and bowls were very bad and not clean.- Not sure if they were really washed Bad experience for the first time traveler to lonavala. Food was average and expensive. For the 3500 we paid via Air bnb , we just got a fairly clean room with cockroaches in cupboard. when i asked the help desk to get the room cleaned, they handed over a broom stick to my hand. It was the rudest thing i ever experienced,

I booked this hotel after seeing reviews on TripAdvisor. It's the worst hotel in town. No water supply. Dirty bedsheets, no room service, pathetic food, fake swimming pool with stinking water. Please don't stay here unless you want spoil your vacation

Lonavala holidays homes is good place to kill the weekend or longweekends. Rooms are good. Neat and clean property. Service is good. Near to city centre. Food is good. Overall value for money of the best property in lonavala.

Holiday Home is not value for money. Restaurant is not owned by them and service takes time and quality of food is not good. Bed sheets and blankets were not clean. Staff was not attentive. Service personnel are not polite.

the rooms were spacious studio a/c rooms with all the updated facilities.. like TV,AC,Dinning Table Bathtub and Sofa. Amenities: Swimming pool and games section was fun. Rooms: Clean and Luxurious + Bed was neat and well maintained Food was good but could've been served better. The room charges are more than half than other hotels for such A+ facilities. Manager Vikas was helpful in every single thing be it WIFI or arranging travelling option for us early morning
