Stopped here for a very late lunch at around 3.30 pm. Pleasantly surprised that thali meals with fish curry was available at this hour. Ordered seer fish fry along with it. Lunch was superb. Chappathi and rice served with parippu, sambar, rasam, pulisheri, curd, aviyal, thoran, mulaku, payasam, fish curry, pickle and pappadam. It tasted great. Service was spot on.
Renowned hotel on highway is famous for its cuisine. Enjoyed fish curry meals served very fast with warm rice and traditional dishes. Still maintaining the taste of old times and be rest assured of consistent quality.
Had lunch at this place along with Seer fish fry and karimeen fry. Fish curry is part of the lunch package. Enjoyed the food. Rice was cooked well and curries were tasty. Had payasam too. Overall ambience and service was also good
Cons: - No tea bags in hotel room - No door tag - No hot water - Room service was worst. We ordered tea and it took 2 repeated calls and 45 minutes to receive the tea. For dinner, they didn't pick the call for room service so we went to restaurant and ordered daal tadka which took one hour to actually deliver the food. - Waiters were unprofessional and not cooperative - For complimentary breakfast, they had limited menu which we had to choose. - No spoons or forks at the table
