good food. Tea is best. room and bath both outdated. pillows were gross, pillowcovers were clean, so survived. Floor was not very clean. evrything worked though except TV. location is great , near to shopping.

Had to stay here as the hosts arranged this hotel for a function. Property looks very nice from outside. Hotel rooms are in a terrible condition, doors don't lock, AC is broken, water leaks from the pipes. Basically, anything you touch may break and fall. Lizards running around in the rooms. The less said about the food, the better. Nothing tasted good. Fish dishes had a foul smell. Glad that we had to spend only 1 night here!

One of the worst resorts I have been to. Starting from the rooms, we had booked 3 and out of two rooms had bathroom without any lock. You have to sing while sitting inside to let others know its occupied. Extremely old cooling system, if you want to have a good sleep, switch off the A/c. Room Service - First of all there is no one receive the calls. And if by desperation, you get yourself down to the reception for even a bottle of water, the attitude of the receptionist will put you off. They won't even have drinking water for their guest and thats appalling. Pool - every other facilities in this resort was such a moodkiller that we found a dirty, poorly maintained pool the best part of the resort. Won't reccommed this to anyone. Maybe reccomend this to your foes, might teach them a lesson. We stayed there on 23rd and 24th Ocotber 2021. P.S: the one star that I gave is because they don't provide a no star option.…

I've recently visited pagoda during my keral trip. There rooms and services are very classic and excellent. Breakfast was very good and variety. however In dinner there was buffet which was 500 Rs. with limited choice s we decided to go outside. Pagoda resorts is 15 min drive from alleppey beach. Its structure is like pagodas. When we visited there was offer for the Massage and shirodhara in 1500 Rs. for 45 min. My family member tried that which was ok. They have a huge parking facility and a nice view from the front of the resort to the canal. Rooms was very spacious and clean and service was good. I did not get time to check pool but it was huge. Parking space is very big and staff is courteous. For one night stay my experience was very good.

For me it was just ok experience. because I expect better than this .it was not complaining stay but good stay for the price it is.food can be much better. pool is good .we enjoyed good. rooms are good.

Pagoda resorts are one of the leading resort's from alappuzha and is located very nera to the punnamada kayal area. Its a very unique resort that attracts a lot of tourist as they provide houseboats and other facilities. I've recently visited pagoda for a family function,but I've gone there many times and I should say the vibe and ambience grabs the eyes. There rooms and services are very classic and excellent. All kinds of food is available but i personally didn't like the food we had at that event because it was too cold and every dish tasted a bit sweet. They have a huge parking facility and a nice view from the front of the resort to the lake. Its located near kallupaalam in alappuzha, and is easily accessible by road and by water.

I booked this hotel for my friends from Germany for 3 nights. The room is good and comfortable. mattress is not soft. hotel decorated nicely with some antique things. Its not far from the city. Food is nice. But pool is not well maintained.

Excellent place to stay at Allepy..very near to the beach..around 15mins drive... The key takeaway was the food served in the restaurant at very reasonable rate. Was not expecting so authentic North Indian food here, but was amazed to have the buffet dinner which comprised of paneer butter masala, aloo mutter etc prepared with authentic NI taste.. The rooms are clean , spacious and service was good as well. The staff is very courteous ..
