It’s a newly opened hotel. Very comfortable and cozy well maintained and clean rooms. No pests around 😅. Budget friendly hotel and helpful and smiling staff. Good South Indian options in breakfast. Hotel is at a good location from where access to public transport and market is easy. They also have a small traditional boat as a souvenir while checking out.

I had a pleasant stay at venice iva residency hotel.The rooms are clean and neat. This hotel is located near to the backwaters & the main town. Also the hotel has a restaurant and beautiful dining space. Excellent check in experience. Very good quiet location with spotless room. Only slight quibble was in trying to get our boarding pass printed, but overall no real issues. Immediate surrounding area was away from the hustle and bustle of the town but an easy walk.

One of the best hotels in allepy. The staff is dedicated to their work. Near the property is one of the main things that every tourist points out..Hary are extremely helpful. If you want to do something, just contact these people. Also the restaurant wqs so good ambience and taste are really good..

We visited Venice Iva Residency for one night during our Kerala Trip. I never experienced such super hospitality before. This hotel is beautiful and located in a quiet place with parking space. Beautiful hotel with a seating area in the reception. We were welcomed by Pooja and Mr. Hari. They were polite and courteous. 🙂🙂 On their suggestion, we visited a nearby famous Shri Bhuvneshwari temple. As the staff got to know about the Anniversary that day, they surprised us with flowers and chocolates. Thanks to their GM Ms Kirthi and Manager Mr. Hari.
For dinner, we had mixed veg, chapati and soup. Yummy food with the perfect blend of spices. 👌👌 The room was clean and big enough. It was comfy and had a spacious balcony where we enjoyed the sunrise. Breakfast was okay. Wi-Fi service was fast and had good connectivity.
The staff is swift in service. Multiple times we called for various things and they responded quickly. We didn't have to wait for even five minutes. Their hospitality made our experience the best and most memorable. I found Alleppey ppl are kind and humble. 🙏
I wanna express my Gratitude to the entire team of IVA Residency- GM Ms Kirthi, and Mr Hari who looks like Actor Vijay Thalapathy, Fathah, Shaml, Fawaz, Aslam, Ajsal, Deep, Shihab, Arjun. We stayed in Venice Iva for 2 days in the 1st week of January. Right from reception to check out we had very good friendly staff who helped us. The lady at the reception Pooja? gave us all the info we needed. Also helped us to book a taxi to Fort Kochi. I must specially mention Hari and Aslam for their excellent service. I am sorry I have forgotten the names of other staff. We had a lovely clean spacious room with a clean bathroom. As it is solar operated the shower takes a bit of a time in the morning After that it is super hot! The AC worked fine. Good fast WiFi The room has kettle and satchets to make tea and coffee. It is in a quiet residential lane, but just a 10 min walk down a side road will take you to the jetty and market places. And some other restaurants. The included breakfast buffet was ample and varied with some general south Indian fare, puris and Kerala cuisine. In the night, we were tired after going around, and as we wanted something light ,we ordered room service of rotis and dal fry. We enjoyed that too. The dining room is in the side. In the evening we ordered Pakodas with tea. You can use their stairs or the lift. We took an auto to Allepey Beach in the evening. Rate is 80 to 150 . But be warned . It is very crowded . Maybe cause it was a holiday. But the beach is long and there is plenty of space to sit around and watch the sunset!
