No hot water. after asking the owner he said "I really dont know what has happened still I check." next day when I asked he said "Ohh sorry I forgot". Really pathatic. They will ask you to take room on name of "Sea View"(which is there) but rooms are not at all clean...and no towels, shampoo or soap.

Our rooms were not ready at noon. we had to wait until almost 2 pm and then the cleaning started. no hot water, no TV, filthy rooms, elevator does not work, filthy beddings and towels, manager full of excuses, don't waste your money! Beach is unkept and was at some places littered with glass. My husband had to borrow a wrench to clean out the sinks tap. The cook is very sweet! He tries to accommodate for your needs.

Undoubtedly this is the best beach resort i have ever stayed throughout my endless journey till now. You cant be more closer to see than this...they have a private enterance to the beach and once you step out of that entrance , the wide beach is urs.. it is just heavenly to lie down in the bamboo beach beds spread across the beach sipping the hot tea made from the cafe..The food was just great made with natural ingredients only..That is the speciality of the restaurant..They use only indegeniously made ingrediants to make the food.. They have 4 types of rooms and i stayed at deluxe sea view room p02 on the second floor..very cute room which has been decorated in such a manner which could give u a calm sleep..The bed quality was good and the linen was smooth and new.. The wasroom also had ample space compared to other beach properties. The room had a small and cute balcony.. When i was staying there, there was a wedding function at night, and i found it as the perfect place for holding such functions..especially birthdays and parties..The check in and check out was so simple ..It is managed by a group cald UTH..was just googling it and found they had other properties in few other places too.. Any ways it is a wonderful property which is very well managed.. Suggestion- Please open the spa too..as it would make palm beach complete.. Spa was under renovation....

Great location on beach, which is why we selected this facility and booked two "Sea View Rooms" on 1st Floor (2nd level above ground floor). Worst possible experience when we got there. We were in constant communication by phone with Manager on property. When we arrived, found that the same Manager had given away both our rooms to another party that had arrived without reservation. So he left a person who claimed to not understand either Hindi or English to take us to rooms on 2nd floor (3rd level above ground floor) -- with one sea view room and another room in the back with no view whatsoever. We refused to take the replacement rooms. An argument ensued. Finally, the Manager on property showed his face -- he was hiding from us after having given away our rooms. He claimed they did not guarantee the Sea View Rooms. We presented confirmation email and videos showing what was promised, including room numbers that were supposedly set aside for us!! After about two hours arguments, we threatened to go police and file a complaint about being cheated. At that point, the Manager convinced the other party who were occupying our reserved rooms to move upstairs to the rooms we didn't want. Then the servants cleaned the two 1st Floor rooms and finally we were able to check-in. All-in-all, while the location was fantastic, the entire experience was ruined by a lying cheating manager and his staff.

We checked in to Palm Beach stay on Dec 5th and Check out on 7th Dec. The stay was super as we got sea facing room only 20m away from beach. The rooms are very nice and cost effective. The support and guidance provided by Ajith the manager of homestay to roam around and during stay was very useful and he was kind hearted person. Coming to restaurant in the home stay, the food was very good. The staff was very nice towards us. The auto person Praveen helped us to roam around the city. He was nice and kind. Thanks praveen We are planning again in few months for stay. Thanks Palm Beach.

They charged me 50 rupees for a fresh lime soda. A total rip off. Everywhere else it is 25-30 rupees. Even in Goa. The waiter just smirked rudely when I questioned the price. Absolutely disgraceful. If you don't want to be ripped off, don't go to this place. I will never come back here again.

The only plus about the hotel is its prime location and the rooms with the Sea facing views. The AC was noisy and with non functioning remote and the supply of hot water in bathroom is erratic. With the prime location on beach the property can give a worthwhile stay experience but the food choices are limited and not all the staff are really competent and caring. The middle aged gentleman on the reception in early night said funnily that auto may not be available to catch a morning train and he wasn't able to solve the issue and offer solution. He smilingly says that all shall be well. He told me contact the auto driver directly in morning. But Rajesh and other young man was reasonably and clearly communicative but they were not available at that time. This fellow refused to contact them on my request also and remained adamant on his attitude. In short good location wasted by such inefficient staff and inadequate maintenance .

The location is good as it is on the beach (but it is not the only hotel located on the beach) but the rest is to avoid. The rooms and the whole place feels very old. The food is mediocre, they just put tomato sauce on food to give extra taste (unbelievable to see this in India). We have not tried the ayurvedic treatment and massage considering the other reviews. Management is lazy and staff needs more training, I would avoid this place for the time being.

Worst massage ever !!! DO NOT GO ! I went to the ayurvedic massage they have there. I felt really uncomfortable there. They were staring at me. My friend felt unsafe like if the masseuse wanted, in their way to look and behave, to harm her. They didn't make us feel good, didn't smile. They use too much oil on us, like a liter. The massage itself was more like spreading the oil on the body than a massage, or unnecessary violence (and I love thai massage), unpleasant gesture. They spend 20 min to massages my head, and hairs only. I thought they wanted to remove them all (and again, too much oil). The shower was dirty, without faucet or shower above, I had to ask for a bucket. Complaining was useless, staff don't speak English and management was careless, denying even the obvious. The massage finished after 40 min, instead of 60 min, but I was actually more a relief than anything. I would never imagine I would ever write such a review ! :/ I didn't went to the hotel.
