It's a good comfortable place, with the staff being very friendly. The reception desk Manager , she is very helpful and helped us get good sightseeing deals. The rooms are quite spacious, the landscaping is quite nice. Breakfast is especially good. The beach is right across the road and it is well connected to all the sight seeing in the region. have a minimum 3 day stay that way you can cover Kumarkam, Marari beach, krishna temple and the backwaters boating experience :-)

This is a good place to stay just opposite the sea beach, with good in-room facilities.. However, the restaurant services (be it lunch in the restaurant or included Breakfast) is too slow. Lunch took app 50 minutes to be served post placing the order and second serving of the same dish was not of same taste.. for breakfast serving, there was only one person to bring the food from the kitchen and serve, took app 30 min to complete the breakfast.. with so slow service.

The room was great for the price. Good AC, nice modern bathroom, TV, fridge and comfortable bed. I really appreciated the wireless device they give you for access to WiFi, this was great to have! It was initially hard to find as there are two locations given on google maps, but it is the one directly in front of Alleppey beach.

Real Indian hospitality and genuine care for your comfort. We have been back nearly two months and this is my most remembered experience, loved the freedom to wonder around loved the people loved the tuk tuk driver that took us everywhere. We met and enjoyed the company of all the staff and we enjoyed our houseboat excursions - chosen by the tuk tuk driver! Many thanks to Sebin and Amal and all the staff. Incredible India.

We reluctantly left the resort today. Very happy with the cleanliness especially, lovely apartment with aircon, large TV and access to many English films. The manager Tony Peter and a receptionist called Selin were particularly good, always asking how we were and gave so much help. Swimming pool was a great facility. All staff friendly! We will definitely be back and highly recommend a stay. Chris and Chrissy
