Stayed in this hotel with family during a short trip to Zhouzhuang. I really loved everything about this old premises – before and after the stay. But in hindsight, I might have steered clear of the hotel Plus + Everything about the old premises exudes authenticity of Wunese lives – buildings, patios, hallways etc. + Friendly and helpful staff Minus...

Zhouzhuang might not be the nicest water town but the hotel is really with going. Designed by some French designers it offers a beautiful blend of Chinese, south-east asian and European elements. Make sure you book the highest room category to get get a spacious room with heigh ceilings and private little courtyard. The location is convenient close to the...

Discovered this hotel through Trip Advisor website and stayed 1 night during our visit to Zhouzhuang, the oldest Watertown in China. We love this tastefully decorated boutique hotel which was converted from an old Chinese 4-square residence. Quality toiletries (Loccitane and Olive--based) are supplied and the electric towel rack will add convenience to room guests. Various types of tea are...

A great little spot inside the tourist area. We only stayed one night, but thoroughly enjoyed it! Each room seems to be different and there are several common areas that are great just to sit and relax in.

This is a perfect balance of an old meets new kinda place. Amidst the old and moldy town is a besutiful hotel with modern interior that wouldnt be too shocking if it was your first time in China. There are coffee shops and souvenir places aroune. You would need to know a little bit of history to appreciate the whole...

It is a lovely small hotel with less than 30 rooms. I think every room is different and specially designed considering it is a 100-years old historical building. Hotel location is good, food is delicious and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful too!

The hotel was so lovely, quiet and quaint. The suite room is spacious and has a bath tub. It was very cold but room is very well heated. Staff there were young and casual, but service was very good. They made sure your stay was as pleasant as possible. If you are spending a night there, this hotel will be...

Renovated old houses turn out to be quaint, quiet and spacious. Good services and not intrusive. Good breakfast for Chinese style food but mediocre for Western food. Fried eggs are all well done. The bar only serves wine by the bottle and not by the glass.

I loved this Hotel. It has a superb location in the middle of a gorgeous little canal town. The Hotel is oozing character and style, I only wish I could have stayed for longer. The room was spacious, the restaurant good and simple and the sitting rooms begged you to stay longer. A great place to sit in a big...

A typical chinese house turned into a really nice boutique hotel! Just beautiful... Very comfortable, nicely appointed and decorated with a very modern touch, all the staff is there to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Very good breakfast. The atmosphere in this beautiful village at night is just unrealistic and totally different from busy and vibrant Shanghai and I...
