Stayed only 1 of our 3 nights here for Kep. Beachfront location is great. The rooms not so much...cleanish, shower was either piping hot or cold - not inbetween with poor shower pressure. Quite a few holes in the walls. Breakfast 9am - no options were left including no juice, tea or coffee. Our guide for Kep visit was not...

Location is good but Very poor experience. There is no restaurant service. Manager has no profesional training and is often gone leaving the whole property without any security and staff, especially night time. We agreed with the owner on a special price for our stay, but unfortunately he did'n't stick to his words and ask for more and threaten us...

The location of this place is great. Right on the ocean and we were lucky to be here right at the time when the half-moon was going up. Grabbed some very good memorable photos here. The owner knows English but the staff doesn't. But since my friend knew the owner from before, so we had a good treatment.

We stayed here previously in 2013 and were very happy...this time not so much. We stepped up and got a VIP bungalow right on the water's edge...lovely. That room was $59 USD. The setting is still beautiful being right on the ocean and a great view from the room. Sitting out on our private balcony was esquisite. The room was...

I stayed at this place for 3 nights and found it quite disappointing. The staff consists of 3 locals who don't speak English. Not speaking English isn't the real issue but the lack of customer service. It was hard enough checking in, let alone request for basic things like a rubbish bin or hand towels in the room. The wi-fi...

When you come to a place like Kep, you have to understand you're not going to live in luxury at a 5-star hotel. For what it was, this was a nice place. The staff was very helpful and tried very hard. The food was okay, and the location was great. Again, this is Kep, not New York City. However, there...

The best thing that can be said about this hotel is the setting. Right on the waterfront next to the pier where the boats go out to Rabbit Island. It's a couple of kilometres from Kep Beach ($2 tuk tuk) and a bit further ($3 tuk tuk) to the crab market. A great view from most of the rooms. The...

We had planned a fun/business trip to Kep at the last minute...arriving on a Thursday night for 2 nights. As I called around, EVERYONE had a room available for Thursday but were sold out for Friday...we went anyhow. The first place we pulled into was Long Villa Inn. It was right on the ocean front, not much beach area in...

This is a very clean, very pleasant, small hotel on the dock to Rabbit Island. It is a bit out from other things, but, hey!, Kep is very small. Linens rocked. And there are plenty of tuktuks. The restaurant was quite nice, though sometimes slow. Breakfast was pretty darn good. I had fried rice with pork or noodles. My friends...

Great place to enjoy peace and quiet. Very nice room with A/C & fan and a verandah overlooking the sea. We took the mid room that had an open garden between the room and the sea. Good bar and helpful, friendly staff makes for a very pleasant stay.
