We stayed in Kampot and stayed in Kep. We were planning to take a tuktuk to Kep for 15$. But managed to find a private car for 20$ which was a great deal. If you are young traveler without young kids or expecting Mothers tuktuk is fun. But the last 5-7 km pf the road was SUPER bumpy ... otherwise you can simply take a mini bus for 3$ per person from Kampot to Kep(they come to pick you from Kampot hotel). Enjoy your trip.
