Stayed in the boat lodge for 2 nights having beautiful views of the river, mountains and surrounded by a peaceful lush garden . The lodge is a converted traditional wooden building that provided an opportunity to experience authentic Cambodia living ... The kayaking trip around the river was idyllic to experience a serene tropical estuary . Jake was extremely helpful...

Lovely, relaxing place outside of town with a fantastic dining area right on the river. Simple but elegant rooms and friendly staff. It's best to rent a bicycle or moped to get in and out of town, which is a few km away.

We arrived at Champa after traveling for a fair few hours only to be confronted with an idyllic riverside piece of heaven! Champa is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are traditional and very comfortable. Hire kayaks and do the local round trip......feels like you're in the middle of a jungle and a great way to see...

My partner and myself cycled to the lodge from Kampot. It's a beautiful relaxing ride, hardly any traffic on the road. The first thing you notice as you approach the main building is the stunning location. We ordered a couple of genuine Belgium beers and sat under the gazebo next to the river. It's such a tranquil spot, spectacular views,...

Champa lodge is a beautiful lodge on a bend in the river. The "rooms" are actually traditional houses lovingly reassembled on the property. Swimming and kayaking is available on the river. Grounds are well-tended and full of tropical fruits and flowers. Restaurant is delicious.

We spent three nights with our family. Kampot is a great place and champa lodge is located in a beautiful setting with a nice garden and view on the river. You will sleep in traditional khmer houses which is very typical but also noisy. You will hear the wind the music of karaoke on the river the boats. .. Champa...

The room and the property are lovely, the rooms are rustic but very clean, although I agree with the negative reviews about the service. Unfortunately we felt as though we were inconvenient visitors and thus, did not feel relaxed while staying on the property. This service was with both the staff and management, although I don't believe they mean to...

A beautiful resort on the river. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay and not to far from Kampot-city. I especially enjoyed the room, it had an ensuite open air bathroom with a little garden. Very friendly staff and good food.
