Hidden in the countryside just outside of Kampot is this perfect retreat. It is very relaxing delicious food and close to some small villages. It is only 5/10 minutes by tuk tuk into town and 20/25 minutes cycle. It has a back packer feel to it, but luckily not full of 18 year olds. It has a choice of interesting...

This is the place to stay in Kampot. It's out of the way but not so far out of the way. Just enough to find rest a relaxation while you tour the area. Great food and real nice common area. Stefanie was more than helpful with our travel needs. Lodging is rustic but kinda cool. I liked being able to...

The owners are really lovely and helpful! The place is very peaceful and although it is not on the river, it is in a lovely location. We also stayed at another place that was on the river, and we actually preferred this place, as being on the river meant that you were awoken early by the put put of the...

I really want to like this place. The food is amazing, the drinks are superb. The social area is great. I was just bummed out that it isn't on the river. I thought it'd be on the river, with a nice swimming hole next to the bungalows. Instead it's in a field with some beautiful views of Bokor, which is...

After several weeks moving around we desperately wanted somewhere to spend some unhurried time away. My wife found this and I reluctantly went along. I was more than happy to be proven wrong, the owners are genuine, friendly people, willing to give advice on local life, walks and anything else we needed. The location is incredible, you're out of the...

Ganesha was the place to go with my big Cold and fatigue accumulated since few weeks....! I directly felt at home with the welcoming owners of this wonderful place! In the middle of the rice fields, lost in rural cambodia, with really nice people around, a small community, etc... I took the basic 10USD room and it was perfect but...

Ganisha is a remote ECO guesthouse at the end of a small village off the beaten path. It borders river and is surrounded by mangroves and open rice fields; beautiful and relaxing scenery. Bungalows are built on stilts, and the garden attracts butterflies and vibrant birds. If you would like to see the natural beauties of Kampot (caves, waterfalls, hiking,)...

I recently stayed at Ganesha for two days in a Riverside room and also a room on stilts overlooking rice fields. Both were great! The rooms had great views, were quiet and provided good lighting, electricity, water and mosquito nets. Above all, however, the owner of the establishment was the greatest asset. He provided myself and my friend with all...

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and are willing to help you out with everything. Very clean and tidy. You feel like a real local as you can...

A great place place just outside of Kampot. The 'eccentric' Emmanuel really made our stay here, not to forget the lovely accommodating Stefani (sorry if I spelled you name wrong!). We had a real blast here. Nice and relaxing after a day sight seeing etc. listening to Emmanuel's stories and explain his life as 2 Met Barang!,
