This place is gorgeous! Totally relaxed atmosphere and super friendly staff. The garden is beautiful, we had a bungalow directly at the small river, which was spacious, clean and had a nice terrace. Very cool to sit there late at night and watch the glimmering fishes in the water. A really recommendable place if you are a layed back person!!

Highly recommend Ganesha - something different to get away from the hustle & bustle. The room was clean and we were provided a fan and mosquito net. The wifi was strong in our room, we stayed in the double room with balcony above the common area. I thought the mosquitoes would be bad, only got bitten on my feet once!...

Originally booked as a 3-night stay by the first morning we had extended to 4. It would have been longer too had it not been for the fact that we were pressed for time and still had our trip to the islands off of the coast of Sihanoukville to look forward to. Ganesha really was a place of tranquility: Emma,...

At $15/night (we got a discounted price for the river bungalow), we expected a more luxurious experience. However, to have damp bed sheets, shared bathrooms with no hot water and loud music playing at night from the nearby village makes this place an unattractive option. Besides this, it is far from the town (tuk-tuks are $4 on average) which forces...

We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay among us....like you say, we are not for everybody ans some travelers should just stick where they belongs... We are not a luxurious place and I seriously wonder what kind of luxury you are expecting for $15 a night? Our luxury is a very low density guesthouse in a very...

The Ganesha Kampot was definitely the best accommodation we had in Cambodia! The different types of accommodation are all situated in a wide, natural space, either in the garden or next to the small river and are very clean. The first two nights we stayed in one of the riverside Yurts, equipped with a nice bed, moscito net, a fan...

After a really bumpy ride with a tuk tuk in total darkness we finally arrived at Ganesha, and we got so welcomed by the staff. The food here was amazing! Really cool place to stay at, verry verry relaxed and you can take a canoe around the river wich was really cool. I cut my foot while i was there...

I came here years ago and fell in love with Ganesh- so much so that I brought my husband here when we were in SE Asia over the summer. The new owners have made Ganesh even more special and comfortable. They are very friendly and made our stay so nice. The views, location, and staff were a highlight of our...

It was some journey to get here due to all the holes in the road from the rain, but once arrived; wow! This place is very quiet, peaceful and lovely. We stayed in a treehouse and loved it! The food is good and okay priced. Downside (or other side) is that it is very basic. The room is just a...

Stayed here 2 nights, great contrast to busy Phnom Penh antics. Good food and great cocktails. Very friendly and helpful staff. The new 'pool' is very impressive and nice area just to chill and take in Kampot countryside
