I understand safety concerns by only allowing 1 door to enter the hotel, but when the parking lot is full and not completely lit, it also becomes a safety hazard to walk completely around the complex after parking in order to carry my things through the front door and up to my room. Location is great - right in the middle of restaurants, shopping & activities. The hotel could be upgraded - it's feeling it's age - the mirror on the wall over the beds should go. Overall its clean, staff is excellent - friendly & ready to assist. Continental breakfast won't make you fat but it's adequate. I would definitely stay here...

Check in was a breeze. After driving 15hrs it was a relief to be able to check in and not have to wait for a long check in. We were offered breakfast. Al the employees were friendly and very helpful with all our needs

Dirty stained noisy and with frequently malfunctioning locks I stayed no more than a night before making other arrangements.
