Very comfortable stay over the Easter weekend.Most visited places are nearby.great restaurants,if you have chance to visit get to O`Henry hotel on Saturday night 6:30pm for great jazz and food.Also MiMi Cafe and Full Moon Oyster Bar.

in terms of the drug activity, what exactly did u see happening. looking for a place to stay but not wanting to stay near a seedy area...help!

Not sure why you would think there was drug activity? This is not in a "seedy" area as you mentioned in your question. There are a lot of restaurants and hotels in the area, we never felt unsafe if that is what you are... More

There are a lot of restaurants and hotels in the area, we never felt unsafe if that is what you are asking. Where the hotel is located there are about five other hotels within walking distance to each other. We were there for a Nationals Swim Meet. I don't think they would have that located anywhere near a "seedy" area where there are a lot of families gathered together.
