I’m not going to rate this hotel just show you what the bed looked like when we checked in. Hopefully I’ll be able to attached the photos. We asked for new sheets and some one dropped them off for us to make the bed ourselves. Problem was they were the wrong size.

My wife and I stayed here for one night since we were picking up our new golden retriever puppy from a dog breeder in the area. I have no idea how close it was to the airport since we never heard a plane zip by. Very quiet. Looked like a newer hotel. When we arrived at our room, we noticed there was a plumbing problem with the toilet and one of the lights was out. The gentleman at the front desk immediately offered us a new room and apologized for the inconvenience. Everything worked great in the new room. Room included hair dryer, refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave. Very clean. We had the continental breakfast the following morning. Bagels, muffins, toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. They offer a fully cooked hot breakfast as well. My wife and I had a drink at the bar located in the lobby. The bartender was very pleasant. Plenty of seating for the bar and restaurant area. We would stay here again if in the area. All the employees were very friendly and warm. Room rates were very competitive and reasonable.

I don’t normally write reviews but first thing I noticed from the door when I walked into the room was a yellow spot on one of the comforters. I called down to the front desk and they sent someone up to change it. When housekeeping got there I showed them the spot and she, Jolani, said that it was clean but she’d still get another anyway. It was not clean. My sister on FaceTime could see the spot. Later we tried to call to order from the bar and was told it didn’t open 5. That was fine. It took us three times to place the order when it did open. They were having side conversations with other workers in the background and they kept hanging up on us. We finally got our food ordered and was told it would be about 20 minutes. We placed the order at around 5:15. We didn’t get our food until 6:25. And it was cold. Also the prices that pull up on the app they give you are not the prices you’ll be charged for. There’s about a $2-3 difference. This place was too expensive for all of these things to haven taken place within the first three hours of our stay. The only saving grace was the Black woman at the front desk and the Black (I think his name was Darius or Dwayne) man doing maintenance, and the young white guy on night shift. They were very nice and greeted us whenever we walked by. I did my check in and out digitally so I didn’t get their names.

My family and I stopped here on our way to the beach to meet up with family! The staff was great from check to check our. Niya at the front desk went out of her way so that I could get items my kids left in the room! Outstanding staff and the room was very clean! We were very happy with our stay!

Our son had a dental appointment in Grensboro and we wanted to be close by for an early appointment as we were a few hours away. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by Pam who was incredibly nice and very informative about the details of our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable!! Joann and the crew did some top notch cleaning and it really was the best I have seen in any hotel in a while! The fitness room was spacious and had great equipment for everyone! The pool area was nice too!

This hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly!! Another plus....they stock rooms with Neutrogena products. I will definitely be staying here for future trips to the area!! Highly recommend!

We were in town for my father's funeral, and it was a peaceful, quiet and comfortable place to be. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean. The beds were so comfortable, I fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow.

Booked room via corporate account (w/virtual card). AMEX sent authorization; when I arrived, couldn’t check in because I didn’t have a physical card. Front desk guy claimed it was for fraud prevention, but was going to charge a night’s stay anyway, so what was the point of holding me up if the account was ‘unauthorized’ regardless? Verified AMEX payment authorization was sent and showed it to FD. He called his manager, no help. Wasn’t coming back until the morning. Was on the phone with AMEX for nearly an hour and I STILL had to come out of pocket to stay at least for the night until AMEX deals with the issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with Hilton properties in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, and with Daily Seven properties overall. My company does a lot of business in this area, and they pay AMEX a lot of money to ensure that its employees can be booked and checked in with little hassle. This is completely unsatisfactory; the General Manager will hear about this from AMEX tomorrow, and I’ll be submitting a formal complaint to my employer’s Travel Manager. If Daly Seven properties are not going to accept corporate payments without a physical card, then there’s no reason for us to continue doing business with them.

The staff and crew at this location were incredible! Pam and Ty handled all of our incoming clients and treated everyone like family! The bar and restaurant staff were great. The food ticket times were not great, over an hour for a flatbread? Not good. But overall we still rated our stay very highly! Thanks for having the Blaze Audio crew and our guests, we will come back!
