We stayed in Chellal d'Ouzoud one night. The room was clean and really simple, but it's a great option for affordable price. The best thing about this hotel it's its location. It is as close to waterfalls as possible, like 2 minutes walk. The atmosphere is really welcoming and friendly. Everyone is relaxed and welcoming. The only issue was that...

Room was super clean. Food at the hotel was great. The owner seemed to be a super cool guy and was very accomodating. We had a issue in the room we stayed with water leeking and one of the staff crew helped us promptly. Great place to stay! It is really close to the waterfall. Unfortunately there was lots of...

What this hotel lacks in decor and room size is more than adequately made up for in the warmth and genuine friendliness of the owner and staff. The rooms were very basic and we had to move rooms because the toilet wouldn't flush. We then had problems with no water (there was a problem because of nearby building going on),...

The room was very small, and quite overpriced. We stayed 2 nights in a junior suite. There was very little extra space around the beds. One of the windows didn't shut all the way, so we had to lodge some paper in it in order to keep it shut. The shower was broken - the nozzle didn't stay in the...

There are 3 good things about this hotel - The location which is excellent for the falls, the garden/terrace and the staff who are very helpful and did us a flavoursome meal for only 80 mad each (£6). Unfortunately apart from that this hotel is awful. The room is about as basic as I have ever seen, the bathroom had...

I have to say that this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. It was very relaxed and nothing was too much hassle. On out first night we ordered a big tagine, there was more than enough for the five of us and it was delicious. They provided a cake...

We arrived at what was looking like a building site and we were a bit worried ... But you turn a corner and suddenly you are in chilled out markets on well worked steps and pathways leading down to the Cascades which are simply STUNNING! The hotel is at the top and run by Abdul. He was the friendliest most...

been here soooooooo many times over the year, and the facilities improve every year. Amazing veiws, great ambiance, and really good value for money. Will visit again very very soon. The rooms are authentic, most with their own shower and toilet, not too big but very homely. The staff are very helpful, and nothing is too much trouble, feels like...
