Brilliantly trained staff in all areas- Reception; Restaurant; housekeeping; Pool attendant; security; kitchen and garden staff and the little shop. The hotel reception had all my passport details from previous visit and allocated same room. Fantastic stay. Allowed to invite non residents to dinner; Beach bar and well maintained grounds made this the best experience of my Kenya holiday. Asante...

Great weather, NO POLITICAL PROBLEMS, NO TERRISM, DON'T BELIVE WHAT YOU READ IN THE PAPERS. We had an air conditioned room with internet on the second floor overlooking Kilifi bay. 3degrees south runs the waterfront activities at this all inclusive resort. In Africa drinks are not included but very reasonable in cost. David looked after our room for the 7...

Had a three day meeting here. I loved the spot which had amazing views of the sea. The resort grounds are vast think I saw a soccer field! A dream if you like space and enjoy walks! Our late check in was handled professionally and swiftly. All the staff we came across at the restaurant staff who are kind and...

Great facility and Great Activity support staff. Rooms were basic but clean with mosquito nets Air con and shower and bath which suited us fine as we weren't there to watch TV. Cleaned during the morning and turned down in the afternoon. Our room was 31 and had a fantastic view of the creek and estuary mouth. The facility is...

I stayed at Mnarani for about 3 weeks on business and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were amazing. Every single one of them made an effort to say "jambo". The Front Desk staff were friendly and if I had any issues, they attended to them immediately or at least found someone who could. The waitstaff in the...

We have stayed at Mnarani several times before and it has always been an amazing destination. It was therefore sad to see this time around it was failing in some areas mainly Food, Upkeep & Reception/Accounts. All Kenya Coastal hotels are at moment suffering from falling tourist/guest numbers due to various factors and I suppose hotels are cutting back on...

Dear EeeJackYurLate, Thank you for making time to sent us your feedback. I'm am very sorry to hear that your recent visit to Mnarani were not up to the standard that you are used to. Even though the Coastal hotels are quiet at the moment there are no excuses for poor service, I am sorry that you had to experience...

Overall we really enjoyed our time here. Rooms were fine - not deluxe, but fine. Aircon noisy, but worked. Wonderful room staff. Restaurant had rather disappointing buffet food (very "same-y" - could do with international variety and not just four starches, three sauce-less meats and one veg). Service in the restaurant varied a lot. Great front desk and "animators" who...

Staying in Mombasa, this was our favorite place for a day on the beach / by the pool. With lunch buffet included, it was a complete stay for a day. There are of course places closer to Mombasa, but the service, the food, the cleaness and the view is first class! Highly recommended. Please note though, that we did not...

To be honest, I've kept coming to this place because of the great food, environment and the service. The fish is always amazing. I'm also happy to report that following my complaint last year, the security guards have become more professional. I greet them with a smile! Well, best would be just to record vehicle details and get rid of...

Mixed holiday and also to visit friends and family members. Location is unbeatable and the facilities are just right. Excellent service by the staff made the whole visit very enjoyable. When the tide is out, you are able to take a long walk on the beach to the beginning of the creek. The security is very good and did not...
