Best value we have found in last 7 days on the road. Room 115 - exceptionally clean, large, bathroom spotless and extra sink outside of bath. Pool relaxing and big enough to swim a little. Staff is top shelf - caring and friendly! Stumbled upon this towards the end of main tourist road , near aquarium, so quiet and out...

Hotel and room were good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Roof was being renovated. This hotel is not far from the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Arcadia Space needle. Breakfast is on the 4th floor and it was good.

Was a decent room for the price... bed was nice and room was clean. I liked the fireplace and living room space the furniture was comfortable. I liked that the room had two tvs and a bedroom with a separate door. Some negatives were that there is only one elevator so if you're in the top room it's a good...

Great stay at a very nice hotel. Hotel was very clean and is located right in the heart of Gatlinburg. It is within walking distance to the aquarium which is a must if you visit. Nice friendly staff, great breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool. Will be staying here again in the future.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg. We have never been disappointed. Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, and most of all convenient to everything! Great pancake house almost attached on the corner...Only reason I would choose another place, is that this place is not pet friendly.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and spacious. The only problem with the room was there was a piece of carpet that was loose and coming up, but that was very minor. Loved the pressure of the shower. We were there in February so it wasn't real busy which we liked. The breakfast was not the best. Didn't really like...

Great place to stay, near the Atrium restaurant which has awesome breakfasts. Walking distance to downtown, very clean and roomy! Love the Jacuzzi tub and the beds were very comfortable! Showers were nice too.

I stayed here for one night so I could hike the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and surrounding area. I stayed in the Loft which was a very comfortable huge space. The Inn was easy to find. There's room for six or so cars in the back, though some of them will be blocking others in. It was really clean and cosy...

We got an excellent rate being off season. However they put us next to the elevator and the ?water pump ran off and on all night which was kind of annoying. The rooms were very nice and staff friendly and courteous. Nice breakfast in a section on the 4th floor with fabulous view. They could use a chair or bench...
