The inn is under new management who just took it over. We had stayed there before and it was somewhat dingy but not now. Helen and John are working hard and keep the place very clean. The view of the mountains is nice and it's within walking distance to the Parkway in Gatlinburg. All that and the price is right.

This in is located only a 2 minute walk from the gatlinburg strip. There is a continental breakfast in the pool house in the morning. Which was not the greatest. It serves donuts, toast, bagels and cereal. Decided to eat on the strip since nothing was really appealing. When you arrive at the front desk you are greated by Milly...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. The prices were also very reasonable. A little of the main drag but very quite. We will definitely be staying there again. 😁😁

Clean. Very friendly staff. Accommodated a last minute late check in. No complaints, which is kind of rare for a $50 room. Heard a couple guests complain about trucks waking them up early in the morning, but I didn't hear.

We checked in early went to our room and spent the rest of the day in downtown. We didn't return to our hotel till 12am. When we got to the room none of our key cards would work so we went down to the office and it was closed. I for one have never been to a hotel where the...

I stay at a lot of different hotels so I have the experience and know what to look for in what a hotel should be. This hotel is nothing fancy but it is clean, quit and very comfortable. It does possibly need some upgrade and touching up to bring it up to date but for the price you pay, it...

This hotel was reasonably priced, easy to access from the parking lot, and quiet through the night. The front desk attendant was personable and even came outside to talk to us for awhile. Rooms were clean and had newer furniture. Overall great stay, no complaints.

Our regular hotel was booked so we gave this place a try. We just spent the weekend here and had room 204. It was clean, spacious and cozy. The people at the desk were very helpful and friendly. We will come back here next year if our regular hotel is ever booked.
