On the very low end of me staying in a budget hotel.bed was clean and comfortable. Water was hot. Towles were clean but well used. Its a older hotel with no wall outlets and the light switch fpr bathroom was in the shower
It’s hard to find because it’s hidden in the back for no one to see the nastiness of it all. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Definitely don’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Please see the pictures, they speak for themselves. Can’t believe Wyndham is allowing this.
The room/rooms were disgusting and absolutely nasty. We had to wear our shoes the whole time we were there, if we didn't our feet would turn black in a matter of minutes. We had our 2 year old toddler with us, do you know how hard it was not to let him play on the floor? Trust me it was a nightmare. The only time we stayed in the room was to sleep. Soon as we woke up in the morning we would go outside because our son wanted to play. The parking lot was cleaner than the room for him to play!!!
Room was filthy staff rude just plain didn't care. Old hair in bathroom floor and tub. Commode wouldn't flush unless top off of tank and flushed this way. Room floor had something sticky plus what looked like potato chip crumbs. Maybe nuts from a candy apple?? Probably best not knowing. Front desk staff was rude & not willing to help.
The room was filthy, moldy, and no cleaning was done . This was the condition of room 102. We bought a can of Lysol spray and wipes and cleaned the second room as best we could. This was in room 109 as we had to be moved from room 102. Room 102 was the one with mold and a hole in the tub surround.
We are pretty easy-going about hotels, especially when we are going to an inexpensive place- I mean, you get what you pay for. This was the WORST motel we have ever been to! The room had a musty/ old cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The shower/bathtub had mildew in it, and the chairs in the room were stained. The bedside table had what I think was a ring of coffee on it, that I had to wipe off before I put anything down on it. According to the website, the pool is slated to open on Memorial Day (1 week), but unless they are magicians, that isn’t happening (and it honestly doesn’t look like it has been open for several years). There is no breakfast; in fact, the office isn’t even open (you have to check in at the nearby Howard Johnson’s- not far, just an inconvenience). The motel IS located close to the Gatlinburg strip, but that was about the only positive thing to say about it. We had been planning on staying two night, but left after the first because the room was so bad. Wyndham should NOT have their name on this Motel- it is a terrible advertisement for them.…
Looks like this place was recently remodeled and this room 210 could use some more work... convenient place but could also use indepth cleaning could also use some add ons in the room such as a table... mirror in room.. coffee maker
Perfect location in downtown Gatlinburg, this was the most affordable hotel I could find for our last minute trip. Staff was scarce but the two employees I did talk too were helpful/friendly. Room had a microwave, mini fridge and hair dryer. Soap and shampoo were provided. Very basic room with small TV but beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Deff recommend staying here!!!!
Beds were comfy but bathroom was nasty with toothpaste spit on the walls and mirrors. Tub was nasty as well as the floors all over. Noone was at the office in the evening and also at checkout noone was in the office to even check out. Horrible service. No food either.
The room was disgusting. The tub didn’t drain. It was nasty. The sheets were stained. There was food left in the freezer from previous tenants. No parking. They didn’t change the sheets when they came to clean our Room. They didn’t even clean the Room. Overall worst experience!
