The lodge is on the edge of Gatlinburg, but only about 5-10 minutes walk on the centre. The rooms are clean and well kept, but small. Breakfast isn't huge but is good quality. The owners are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Excellent place to stay, away from the centre of Gatlinburg. Excellent hosts, with very good recommendations to avoid the crowds. The breakfast was very good and also we were guided to the best restaurants.

We stopped here overnight on the drive from Charleston to Nashville. Dan and Karen were attentive and knowledgeable about the area and sent us off to a great restaurant (with a Laurel Springs guest discount) for dinner. Excellent breakfast and characterful, comfortable room!
