The price is the only thing good about the place. It is so hot in our room, I had to go buy a fan to keep us cooled down, we left the room and asked for room service which they came and cleaned nicely, but turned the air unit up to 70 degrees, when I had it on 60, the smell, was awful, we are sick from poor air flow in here and smells like mildew. I have went and bought medicine to help us from coughing, worse stay here. There are no dressers, I was so disappointed about that, the indoor pool was to cold to get in, our fridge would defrost and everything sweated, so it ruined some food. I won't return here but the employees were nice didn't have one issue from them. Breakfast was ok.

Okay here we go ,straight up ,if you read any of my reviews in the past, you know that I don't pull any punches, wife and I stayed here one night for our anniversary trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge.... First of all the hotel is dated and could use a little TLC updating ....... All right outside of that we had a great stay we had a king size jacuzzi suite which was super clean the jacuzzi was clean and worked great comfortable king size bed spacious room . great AC,nice indoor pool with lazy river the kids will love,no bad smells ,no bugs nothing like that and the price was Amazing..... No frills ,nothing extravagant just a great stay in Gatlinburg Tennessee right on the main road two blocks from downtown it is a little hike coming back up but it is close to a lot of shops and stores including Gatlinburg brewing company and Old red bar and grill.... Patricia was great at the front desk nice smile, super friendly, breakfast was adequate nothing fancy but good this is a case of you get what you pay for and we felt like we truly got a lot .....we'll definitely stay here again when we come back..... thanks Sleep lnn Gatlinburg !!…

Comfy room but the entire town including the hotel is not handicap friendly at all. Hotel is on a huge hill. Breakfast is free and tasty. Staff is nice. The lazy river at the hotel is a joke. Its tiny. Beware of bears.

Breakfast was best in town. Staff was wonderful. Young man at check in desk was really sweet. Lady that cooks knows how to cook. People lined up every morning we were there. No one went away hungry.

We had a great time Heron the lovely wonderful man that checked us in and greeted us each evening made our stay so welcoming. The room was well equipped , the breakfast was great, and the pool was very nice. Heron welcoming smile and sweet greetings were one of the highlights of our stay. I am needy and he accommodated all my extras.

Beware….cockroaches are present here…we stayed during Christmas of 2022…. Both different rooms they moved us to had cockroaches…. When checking out the manager did not keep his word completely about compensation…. nor cared about our feelings when discussing about lying to us. Never again .

Rented two room. Rooms were not particularly clean and one smelled so strongly of chlorine from the pool four floors below that we had headaches. One of our family members woke up covered in bug bites. We checked out a day early. Wasn’t worth saving a few dollars.

I am a long time member of Choice Hotels, and this is the worst service at front desk I have ever found. I arrived at 3:20 pm... we will check in at 4 pm. You are early.Your room is at 6th floor. It is not ready Another couple came at just after me. They immidiately checked in, by 3:40 pm RECISM?? I paid extra for a balcony room, went to balcony smelled smoke. The lady beside our room was smoking at the balcony, in a NON SMOKING ROOM. If we go to balcony, smoke is coming our room and kids are not able to go to the balcony. I tried to call front deek, no one taking the call . I went down ... the same guy told me BALCONY IS NOT THE PART OF THE NON SMOKING ROOM. I can't say anything, leave a not to ask manager. YOU KEEP YOUR BALCONY DOOR CLOSED. Again Racism ?? Now tried call back again at front desk... ringing ringing no response or phone taken and then just silent !! WORST STAYING.…

I've held off on this review for a long time now trying to get this resolved. I've been ignored by the GM for months now. He will not return my call, or respond to my emails. I called choice hotels and they told me "we can't help, everything is independently owned". They informed me that he can do whatever he wants with no repercussions. My wife and I drove from Michigan down to Gatlinburg. It was a LONG drive. Upon arriving at around 12:30am the receptionist informed me we no longer had a room, that it was sold out from under us. He didn't call us, text us, email us. He just sold the room to someone else even though the policy is to hold the room until 7am the next morning. So we were left abandoned, exhausted, and angry after a long drive and no where to stay. We were able to still have somewhat of a vacation but we almost turned around and drove home. I would advise you to stay FAR away from this place. Not worth the risk of getting abandoned.…

They are far from the strip. Huge hill to go up to the hotel enterance. Rooms are not even wide enough for a wheel chair. Tub is small. Toilet is low to the ground. The hot tub is a joke. It has no jets at all its just a square bath of hot water. The lazy river is more like a lazy pond. Small as heck. Only plus about the hotel is it has a decent hot breakfast. The ac unit it the rooms smell moldy. The rooms where clean.
