Stayed one night for a long weekend in Gatlinburg. Overall the room seemed clean just a stale smell. Turned the fan on the HVAC unit and that seemed to help. There was a strong floral fragrance in the hallway and lobby though. Continental breakfast was good. Kind of off the main strip but within walking distance. Had a trolley stop...

We walked into our room around 1:30 am and were greeted by the smell of chlorine. Turned on the air conditioner to try and get some fresh air as the windows did not open. It helped but a little bit. Were able to get some rest until about 6 am when it sounded as if they were setting up a...

Hotel was clean and located close enough to town that we could walk. There was a pool and hot breakfast but we did not partake as there was a football team in town so it made things a little crowed. Felt safe during our stay.

Our room was small, but clean. The desk people were very nice. We enjoyed talking to Robert our resident marine and he kept busy when we were there. We accidentally ended up at this hotel, but we had a nice visit.

Stayed here on a three day weekend getaway and had a great time. Room was clean and seemed well maintained. Pool and lazy river were clean and fun and breakfast was good. Just a short walk to all the attractions downtown. Overall a good property. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Most of the things in the rooms have been updated. It's close to downtown for a modest walk - 10 min. (all uphill on the way back.) There is a trolley stop close too. The staff was very helpful & informative. Our room faced the road and had a small balcony which was nice. They also have...

A friend and I were on our way between Johnson City and Chattanooga, we decided on a whim to stay in Gatlinburg and found this to be one of the few hotels still available for the night, so we booked it. The front desk lady was very nice, and even switched our room upon check in because we had booked...

The room and hotel were quite nice and better than I anticipated, based on the nightly rate. I will refer people and stay again if the opportunity presents itself. The breakfast was about what you would expect but no complaints.

Needs a lot TLC to turn this old hotel around. Room is small and just ok. The bathroom has no exhaust fan so it's constantly stuffy in room. Also the continental breakfast needs some work. I would not let my dog eat that. House keeping knocks at 7:00 am in the morning to check on you when we are all...
