The hotel and staff were great. The only negative was that I somehow went through a 3rd party booking agency and I was charged over $300 for taxes and hidden fees. I thought I was going through the hotel. Live and learn.

Pleasant staff, hot breakfast, clean beds, microwave and refrigerator. Good value for vacation. Excellent for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge enjoyment. Trolley stops practically out the front door! Nice balcony to enjoy the relaxing sound of moving water. I recommend smart tv upgrade and that floors get a good scrubbing. Would stay again

Very clean property. Amazing staff, nice, friendly and always intrested in helping on any way. I would definitely be staying here again. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to all the fun.

This hotel was not worth $300 we paid for the room for 1 night. Room was nicely updated, but not the cleanest, bathroom door clearly had not been wiped off in a while, sink drain had hair in it. There was an envelope for a tip for the housekeeper, unfortunately I didn't feel it was warranted.

Just wanted to get away for a bit. My spouse has never been to Gatlinburg. So basically it was just an overnight trip. We found it very relaxing. Very spacious and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations.

Rooms were very nice. Large, clean, and nicely decorated, and sitting out on the balcony was very enjoyable. You can walk (about 15 min) into the tourist area of Gatlinburg from the hotel. Nice hot breakfast.

Not a horrible place, but I would avoid if possible. Definitely not a $300 a night hotel. Staff was less than friendly, the updates were on the cheap side, the lower level parking area smelled of urine, too many other options in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, find one of those instead.

This hotel was very disappointing, it was not nearly as nice as the photos online. The only nice part was the small balcony on the river. Everything was very run down and dirty. When we entered our room it was very dirty, there was pubic hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor and the floors in the room were so dirty our feet turned black after walking on them a few minutes. There is no in room safe like it says in the amenities. They did not provide adequate toiletries, no hand soap and the toilet paper rolls were mostly used up and had obviously been unrolled and then poorly re-rolled. Sheets were not clean and the air conditioner did not work well. The room smelled moldy. The hotel is on a very high traffic road and the walls are thin so it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The continental breakfast was terrible, bare minimum. We left early because we were unhappy with the room. For the price we paid I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
