Small sites, but level. No activities. Basic accommodation. The best part of this place is the proximity to the Gatlinburg Trolley. The temperature has been in the 70 to 80s and the pool has been drained (? How long).

We found this wonderful site on tripadvisor. Not busy. Clean pool and facilities. Kids caught crawfish and played with rocks in Stream right behind RV. On trolley line- 50 cents per person to ride into town each way. Goes about every 30 min. Blue line.

Loved this campground.. Very clean and felt welcome.we stay by the river and nice grass and shade. We would definitely stay again. Not far to travel into town. Excellent restaurant 2 doors up and dollar general next door as well as a grocery store close by.

Ok campground but site hookups are terrible. The connections for sewer and water go across the campsite next doors grass area and so you have them eating where your sewer pipe is. Nothing to do but the pool. No camp store but there's a Dollar Store next door. Will not visit again unless no other options open.

We camped at Smokemont Campground in the The Great Smokey Mountains National Park. We were 15-20 minutes outside of Cherokee North Carolina. Beautiful site right on the river. As we came into the visitor's center we saw elk grazing, saw a bald eagle and a lot of wild turkeys. If you like wildlife this is the place to go. Plenty...

We stayed over for 4 nights for 4th of July. The spots are spacious and we were on the creek. The park is well maintained and the staff is friendly. There is a trolly right out front that takes you downtown for 50 cents! There is not a store but that was not an issue. Parking our 36 ft tt...

Nice family campground next to the Dollar General which is both convenient and costly. The kiddos always need something. The motel across the street is sketchy at best but caused no problems. The campground is situated right on the highway just a few miles outside Gatlinburg. The location is convenient in that there is trolley access at the front entrance;...

Awesome location for RV camping. Can be downtown in just minutes or be at Rocky Top Sports World in less than 5 minutes or in the beautiful Smoky Mountains National Park in Greenbrier. Great staff easy to work with. The camping spots on the creek is very relaxing. Recommend this to anyone.

Great campground with friendly staff. Minutes from many attractions, yet far enough out of town to dodge the heavy traffic. The small stream in the back is very relaxing, and the trolley stop in the front allows for easy access to attractions without paying to park.

Thank Travis W

“Get a site that is behind the park office, on the stream. This may feel more like camping b/c the park office is blocking your view of the busy road, but it won't help with the noise.”

“Dollar General next door has some food. Food City west of campground by a mile. There is a great stream to swim east of campground in greenbrier region of Smokies, bring a tube if you have one for rapids.”
