The parking was lousy. I had to park on the other side of the motel. That's a long walk with a lot of luggage. It was noisy. The rooms were non-smoking which is great. It's the smoke that I had to walk through outside that was the problem. Should be non-smoking for the entire property. Internet wouldn't work. until I...

Bed were OK however the wifi was terrible. Had a lot of trouble connecting to it from my phone and laptop and even when it did connect, the speed was horrible. I stayed on the ground floor opposite to the pool. It is a very short walk to all the great shops/bakeries and attractions in gatlinburg, so that is good.

To us it seems that this former Howard Johnson is getting in decline. The rooms are very noisy (you can easily hear the television of your neighbours). The queen sized beds are too small for two regular persons, and housekeeping asks you of your room needs a cleanup, instead of doing it automatically. Although we chose it because of the...

We booked this room on the way to gatlinburg for a spur of the moment mini vacation with our 3 year old. First set of keys didn't work, after we had lugged all of our stuff up the hill to the second building behind the main building. I walked back down and was given a staff key and told this...

My boyfriend and I have never been to Gatlinburg, so we had not expectations of the city and decided to just come on a weekend trip. We got up early and drove from Atlanta and arrived around 10 am. At first sight I was pleased that the hotel was not run down since it was right at $99 a night....

we stayed 1 night. It was after midnight and we were exhausted. We got in our room . It was filthy, no bedding on one bed. Filthy bath. We called the front desk, she changed our room. The second room was also dirty but at least the bed was made. It had an odor, so we slept in our clothes.The...

Terrible! Room was dirty...hair in the bath tub when we first got there! No towels in the room and when house keeping come around they had no uniform or name badge. How did I know these random people were really house keeping. Curtains would not close fully so we had to tie them together! Cigarette burns on the bed in...

The motel, for the price, was great. It was located within walking distance to walk to Gatlinburg or the trolley. The rooms needed updated but it was clean and our rooms were cleaned and new towels were put out every day we were there (5 days). Well worth the money. We would stay there again. :)

I wouldn't stay here again. We didn't have any towels when we checked in and our curtains wouldn't close so we had to clip them shut. The bathroom had hair on the floor that wasn't ours and the carpet seemed soiled. The outside noise kept us awake and the parking is very limited.

The room itself was clean and the staff were pleasant people. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Although the room was clean the hallway had lots of debris on the floor that kept getting tracked into the room. Also, I'm not into hot tub and there was a monstrosity of one in the corner...
