Great place and very convenient to walk to everything . Rooms are nice and the bathroom are clean and spacious. We want to give a shout out to DAVID at the front desk for helping us out with a situation and going above and beyond. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg, we would stay again. David if you see this I will bring you a big bottle of Peach Crown. Thank you
The staff was amazing, especially our pool closer and night shift lady. She was attentive and helpful. Smiled was pleasant and happy and rooms are really nice. Pool and hot tub plus fire pit was a huge bonus and our group of kids loved it. Breakfast was great and well stocked for any taste!
The staff was friendly and the shower had good water pressure. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but worked. The room was clean. However the breakfast for the price of the room was horrible. The breakfast at this hotel is far worse than any hotels like it in the area. Breakfast consisted off already heated breakfast sandwiches, some questionable eggs. Then some days of our stay the juice machine and the fresh oatmeal machine was “Out of Order”. Besides the bad breakfast every other part of the stay was good.
Stayed overnight as we passed through Gatlinburg. The hotel is a few blocks off the main drag but within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet, no outside noise
Stayed for a week during a hiking trip. Pretty standard Fairfield Inn. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure. Some others on our trip had issues with their shower (cold water, too hot water). Mini fridge does freeze stuff, but that's par for the course for mini fridges. Good hot and cold breakfast choices (toaster could use an upgrade, including more toasters). Nice hot tub (never had anyone else use it at the same time). Simple fitness room but it served the purpose. Well located - can walk to most restaurants in town but far enough away that it is quiet. Limited housekeeping but I prefer it that way.
Hotel location was perfect. Due to staffing issues, my room was not cleaned unless I requested and personally I prefer. Although I was able to get additional supplies when needed. Downtown was walking distance. Pigeon Forge was 20 minutes away which you could get to by trolley or rental car.
The stay at Fairfield Inn was nice, I am not going to lie except for the first night they did not tell us until I called down, there was no hot water due to a leak that they were fixing. I was told after an hour it should resume, well I ended up taking a cold shower and even 2 hours later there still was none, so that is why 4 stars were given. Overall, the location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk from the hotel down maybe 5 minute walk to the main strip where everything is and you don't have to worry about driving your car. You have to pay to park downtown and it is $20 bucks so if you can carry stuff back, I would and that is what we did. There is breakfast that is offered in the morning and has a nice variety to chose from bagels, toast, scrambled eggs, mini omelets, yogurt, well you get the point. We stayed in the King Suite which was nice and spacious on the second floor, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave in the room as well. We enjoyed the stay and would return like the hot water.…
This is a standard Fairfield inn. It is located a few blocks off of the main drag in downtown Gatlinburg. So it’s nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was standard Fairfield inn food. The front desk staff was ok. We were locked out of our room for a while because the battery needed to be replaced.
This is hands down the nicest Fairfield Inn I have ever stayed in-- and I have stayed in countless of them! The room was much larger than usual-- it was extremely spacious. It included 2 full size beds and a folding bed, 2 desks, a TV stand, as well as lots of storage space for clothes and belongings. As per usual, the room was extremely clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Also as per usual, the staff working here were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast, much like the room we stayed in, was well above average (compared to other Fairfields I have stayed in). The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with downtown Gatlinburg being a mere 2 minute drive from there. This was truly a wonderful hotel, and if I return to Gatlinburg, I would definitely stay here again!…
We have been to Gatlinburg many, many times and since this new Fairfield Inn opened a few years ago, we have stayed here. It has always been one of the best Fairfield Inns we have stayed at and this time was no different. All of the staff members were friendly and efficient. In fact, when checking in, the excellent employee at the front desk remembered my wife from a previous visit. Our room was clean, with no issues at all. While the breakfast was the typical Fairfield continental, the staff kept the area clean and well maintained. The location is about a half mile walk downtown (downhill going, uphill coming back up), but if you are reasonably healthy and in good shape, it is a tolerable walk. If not, there are plenty of spots downtown to park. We will definitely be back next year and looking forward to our return visit. We highly recommend this location of the Fairfield Inn.…
