A couple of really friendly staff members. Sherry is awesome and our housekeeper always makes us smile. It is old, too expensive and the breakfast is just ok. Coffee is good.. they do need to invest in fabric softener for the towels. We choose it because it is so convenient to the convention center . New tv is nice but...

The location of this hotel is good unfortunately the shower in our room was aweful!!! When we reported to Front Desk, Ms. Misty only offered us an apology which did not make up for the fact that we paid a night for not being able to take a shower.

Along with all the other reviews I will also say that this hotel is in need of some serious renovations! There were missing/broken tiles in the bathroom and our toilet only flushed part of the time. Everything seemed kind of dirty. I ended up walking down to Walgreens to get some disinfectant wipes because the handle on the refrigerator was...

Our family has been staying here for over 25 years. Great staff, located on the parkway means you dont have to pay to park can leave your room and be within walking distance to anywhere in town. Building C offers private balcony's and amazing views.

This is a clean motel right on the strip across from the convention center. We loved resting out front in the rocking chairs and people watching in Sept. Close to many great restaurant locations. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. This is an older motel but great for the price.

This property has such a perfect place in Gatlinburg and they know it. It is not beautiful but they have an elevator, a parking lot exactly where you want to be, an indoor and outdoor pool, free coffee, and prices that are hard to beat. This is not my favorite hotel but it sure is a fun and economical place...

Stay away from building A. The other two buildings look decent but they stuck us in building A, room 214 and it was hideous. Wife did not step on carpet for fear of sticking to it. Bathroom had missing tiles, sink falling off the wall, and the TV was vintage 1960. Made red in August for October stay and this...

Great location; Staff is great; Rooms need renovating, toilet seat was broken, wallpaper/texture on walls in bathroom was coming off and water in shower did not drain fast enough; AC was dirty. Beds were clean and slept great. Complimentary breakfast was nice, but could have been better.
