I don’t know how other sites can give it 4 stars but this is not a four star establishment. Tile floors are visibly dirty(gross, we put towels down as to not to walk on it) broken hangers left in the room, no coffee or cups and a pretty long walk into Gatlinburg if you wanted to walk. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Maid service was excellent. Very nice tv for size of the room. Nice you can park at the door. Great friendly family run business. No frills, but would stay here again for sure

What a wonderful surprise we found in The Gatlinburg Mountain Inn!! The management crew were absolutely on the ball! They were very friendly and informative on local things to do and places to eat and so helpful when our car battery died. The rooms were very clean and cozy, totally redone and it’s only a short walk to town so you will save on parking. Reasonable rates and down to earth, friendly people! We will definitely be coming back to stay :)

My husband and I stayed here for a quick winter weekend getaway. The check in process was quick and easy. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and gave great customer service. We even accidentally locked ourselves out of the room one night and he helped get us back in within 5 minutes! The rooms were clean and spacious. A short ten minute walk to the main strip. You should check out Gatlinburg Brewery while you enjoy your stay. Their beers were delicious! My only recommendation is to bring an extra pillow. We would definitely stay here again!

Family operated, helpful and friendly help. Rooms are small-ish, but clean, beds are comfortable and the grounds are well cared for. Could use more light in the rooms, no coffee maker (but a Keurig in the lobby for your use). It's not a five star, but it's not charging five star prices either. Walk to the strip, to breakfast, no need to pay $20 per day to park. We were happy with the value.
